Chapter 185 - 5 Year into the future (185)

Konoha – Seijuro's Residence | Five Years Later

It's been 5 years—5 whole years since the last time you saw him, since his fight with Aizen. Speaking of Aizen, he was going out less and less nowadays, and Seijuro had to take his place for multiple things now.

Anyway, he had managed to solidify the Uzumaki name, and he introduced some new clans into the village, like the Chinoike clan. You know, had to go deep in his bag for this one.

He also had the Yuki clan join, some members of the Hoshigaki clan also joined the Uzumaki after the Hyuga revolt and so on, which Seijuro will not bother covering. Some Hyuga also left for it.

Some Hōzuki did join.

So yeah, there was that. As for his Karma project, Aizen was successfully able to make 5 fake Karma—5 powerful seals, which gifted the wielder immense power.

And as for who received those Karma, well... the powerful warriors. But so far, as things stood, the first holders of those Karma were:

A girl from the Uzumaki clan

A boy from the Chinoike clan

A girl—no, a boy from the Yuki clan

A boy from the Hyuga clan

And as for the last one, it hasn't been decided yet. Also, as to why the Karma were so spread out and not mainly Uzumaki—well, it was simple. Aizen didn't want to make Tobirama's mistake and thus opted for this.

Now everyone—and he does mean everyone—has a fair chance at getting one.

And since the selection was so tough, it was very hard to get it. But when you do get a Karma... shit feels amazing.

Also, while yes, he planned on doing 9, he currently only had enough energy for 5... well, that was the energy he showcased to the elders. Aizen had coughed blood quite a few times, though not in front of the village. But when he was alone, his hair was turning white rapidly.

He would leave behind his godly sealing methods. Every single day, he seemed to install a new security feature, as if to make sure the village was safe. For fuck's sake, teleportation jutsu couldn't access the inside of the village—even a portal couldn't be created in there. That was how secure he made this shit.

Meanwhile, as for Seijuro, his 100% success rate had not dropped once. He may have reached 3k missions, but nothing had changed. With Flying Thunder God, doing missions solo had never been easier.

The amount of intel he had taken was astronomical. The Genjutsu Devil of the Mist was quite deadly. He did have a name in the ANBU though.

It was... Null.

In the Bingo Book it went like this:

"Codename: Fox. Nickname: Null."

"Approach with extreme caution. Do not engage alone. If mission fails and Fox is involved, assume illusion began before deployment."

Yes, this was how much fear he was bringing into the hearts of his enemies. By this point, he had fully mastered Sage Mode. His control over Magnet Release, Lava Release, and the other Tailed Beast–related Kekkei Genkai were practically flawless. Even Swift Release could be done without conscious thought now.

About 3 years ago, he showcased Kage-level strength—so yes, he was now an S-rank shinobi. Yay.

Well, you know him. While in the Bingo Book he was merely S-rank... in reality... hahahahah, he had long surpassed the God of Shinobi.

Now, his main problem was this Karma. While the Ōtsutsuki weren't a problem, his body was changing. He was now more Ōtsutsuki than the damn Sage of Six Paths.

He was...

75% Ōtsutsuki now.

25% human.

As for his chakra...

His chakra was immense—comparable to a Perfect Jinchūriki, maybe more. He didn't know exactly. Frankly, he stopped comparing once he realized his chakra pool dwarfed Kushina's and Kurama combined... twice over.

Still, he let out a long sigh.

"This is getting tiring. Why does every ninja try to kill me?" he said calmly.

"Not if I kill them first," a voice called gently from the kitchen.

Kushina.

Wearing a simple white apron, she was stirring a pot of soup while simultaneously grilling skewers. Her hair was tied into a long braid behind her back, and her movements were casual—but practiced. There was something... different about her now.

Maturity, maybe.

Or just the fact that she looked genuinely happy.

"Mission went well?" she asked, not turning around.

"Yeah. The Mist retreated. They're currently weakened right now," he said softly.

"Hm. Is it because of Aizen? Didn't he recently steal members of powerful clans from the Mist... before stealing and selling the Mist back their own Seven Legendary Weapons?" Kushina said, looking at him.

Yes... Aizen had stolen their seven weapons, then sold that shit back to them. And because they dared show killing intent—he took the Three-Tails too.

Seijuro had a sneaking suspicion he would've taken that shit whether the Mist showed killing intent or not.

As for what he did with Suna... he said they were too weak and poor to take anything.

(He took Rowan)

So they were left alone.

Wow... so guess being the weakest does something to someone.

Didn't mean he didn't take back the Uzumaki sealing techniques in the village though.

As for Seijuro's relationship with Kushina... it's been five years.

"Yes... the Mist was left bankrupt," he said calmly.

"They deserved it... dattebane."

That verbal tick was always there. Speaking of which, he had to train with Mikoto soon, so he would eat Kushina's cooking.

It was sweet.

On a totally unrelated side note, Seijuro was now the clan leader of the Kurama clan. He was the rightful heir, after all. If Renjiro hadn't planned his dad's downfall so badly, Seijuro would've been heir.

So heh.

A/N...He would be like 20 ish rn, roughly around this time third shinobi war would have started, but it won't happen this time around.

Itachi should be born in roughly a year or so.

Havent decided what name, he will have, may stay with Itachi, i just know one of those kids will be called Sora.
