Chapter 41 - ch38"Sunday Morning."

The next morning, won stood outside Han's room, knocking lightly at first. When there was no answer, he knocked harder.

Finally, the door opened a crack and Han's tired face appeared.

"What do you need?" he asked, voice low and groggy.

Chaewon raised his brows. "Don't you remember? We have to go to church."

Han blinked, then sighed. "Ahhh… I forgot."

"Get ready," Chaewon said firmly. "We need to be there by nine."

Han nodded lazily and shut the door again.

Chaewon stared at the closed door, muttering to himself, "Did he even understand what I just said? Or i was talking with the door." Shaking his head, he went into the kitchen and carefully placed breakfast on the table.

A few minutes later, Han came out dressed in a white hoodie and matching white pants. For a moment, Chaewon froze. He looks like an angel. If he still had his blonde hair, I'd probably be dead on the spot.

Han sat down and began eating quietly. Chaewon, still half in awe, watched until Han finished. Then he quickly cleared the plate and glass, taking them to the kitchen before slipping on his own coat.

As they were about to leave, Han's eyes fell on a bag lying on the side table. "Is this yours?" he asked.

Chaewon glanced at it and shook his head. "No. Some boy dropped it off this morning. I don't remember his name, but I told him you were sleeping, so he left it here. "

Han honestly, the way he stared at me scared me. He really had that … dark aura."

Han chuckled, amused. "Yaaa, Chaewon. He can't even get angry. And you're saying he has a dark aura?"

Still laughing, Han pulled out his phone while opening the bag. Inside was a hoodie and a watch. He dialed Seungmin, but the call went unanswered. With a sigh, he slipped the phone back into his pocket.

Chaewon noticed his expression. "Did I do something wrong?"

Han shook his head. "No. Let's just go."

When they reached the church, Han asked, "Where's your cousin?"

Chaewon let out a fake laugh, pulling out his phone. "Let me call her." He dialed quickly, then spoke in a dramatic tone. "Hello, noona? Where are you? What? Hyung is sick? You can't come? Omg, should I come help you take him to the hospital?"

Han's worried gaze met Chaewon's, and he nodded, believing the conversation.

But Chaewon carried on, his voice deliberately loud. "Oh, you don't need my help? Okay then… we'll attend the church service and talk to the father about this. Take care." He hung up.

"Is he okay?" Han asked softly.

"I don't know," Chaewon shrugged. "Noona said she's taking him to the hospital."

Han's brows furrowed. "Why don't we visit them ?"

There was a short pause before Chaewon forced a smile. "Yeah… but let's pray for him first."
