Chapter 45 - ch:42" The Match"

The match began.

Seungmin sat high up in the stands, eyes only on Han. He was happy to see him play, and Han, a little embarrassed, was secretly glad he came. It felt like something inside was slowly healing.

The team from International Affairs played strong. Jun was running across the court, shouting instructions. Teammates passed the ball cleanly, blocking shots and pushing hard against the Business Faculty team, who were just as aggressive. Han dribbled fast down the court, passed to a teammate, then got it back just in time to throw a clean shot. The crowd went wild.

Seungmin suddenly shouted so loud that the whole court turned their heads. His deep voice echoed, drawing everyone's attention to him.

The girls whispered among themselves.

"Isn't he from Business Faculty? Why is he cheering for this team?"

Throughout the game, Chaewon couldn't stop watching. His eyes were on Han and then on Seungmin, who kept cheering like he owned the whole court. The vibes were strange, and Chaewon felt something he couldn't put into words. And something his mind couldn't process or just Don't want to process.

It came down to the last interval. Business Faculty needed just one shot to win. Pressure filled the court, the noise was deafening. But Han stole the ball, ran across with lightning speed, and jumped—shooting the ball clean into the hoop.

International Affairs won.

The court exploded in cheers. The team hugged each other, jumping in celebration. For the first time this semester, they had victory.

Chaewon sat frozen, his eyes only on Han. The others lifted Han onto their shoulders, cheering his name. He laughed brightly, enjoying the moment.

Then, slowly, Seungmin walked down from the stands. The team set Han down right in front of him. Chaewon felt his chest tighten.

han smiled at Seungmin.

Seungmin smiled back with his eyes, then suddenly picked him up and spun him around. Han burst into laughter, and the whole team roared, cheering even louder.

Chaewon's mind couldn't process it. He had never once imagined Han with a man. For him, if Han ever dated, it would be with a cute smaller girl. Han was the first man he ever liked and for him being with han was nearly impossible. When his members teaste him for liking a man. He replied them by saying that han is the only man that can make him like man.But here was Seungmin, holding him like he belonged to him. And Han acting like a sweet little baby to him.

When Seungmin finally set him down, he reached out and tucked Han's hair behind his ear.

Chaewon's jaw clenched. He was shocked and furious. Why did he do that? Han doesn't even have long hair anymore. The way Seungmin did it—it wasn't for the first time.

That realization hit Chaewon hard. Everything was clear to him now.He couldn't watch anymore. Without a word, he left the court.

Seungmin, unfazed, turned to the Jun.

"Gege, can I borrow him for today?"

The new teammates gasped, shocked at his words. Some seniors laughed, because they already knew. Others just kept drinking water or watching silently.

Seungmin's hand slid around han's waist, holding him tightly. The court filled with hooting and laughter.

The captain smirked. "No, you can't. We need him for the party. But…"

One guy leaned in, shouting, "But what, gege?"

The captain grinned. "But you can join if you want."

Seungmin looked at Han. "Can I?"

Han, with a sweet smile and soft voice, answered, "Yes, if you want."

A junior called out teasingly, "Hyung, why don't you talk to us like this? With your boyfriend you're all sweet and cute!"

Han's expression changed instantly. He stepped forward, ready to scold him, but Seungmin's grip was too strong around his waist.

Seungmin simply raised his hand, showing the ring on his finger.

"We're not just boyfriends. We're committed."

The whole team erupted in hoots and cheers.
