This valley was battered by gale-force winds year-round. Like invisible blades, the relentless gusts scoured the exposed rocks, leaving deep traces of wind erosion over the years. Faint azure blurs occasionally flashed between the cliffs—the only living creatures in this desolate place. They were the Wind-Split Wolves. As Demon Beasts capable of both melee and ranged combat, they possessed terrifying means of attack, from their tearing claws and fangs to the wind blades whipped up by their long tails. Yet, what made them even more formidable was their pack mentality and their ruthless tenacity; once they locked onto a target, they would not rest until it was dead.
At this moment, a man and a woman braved the head-on gales, making their way step by step into Wind-Split Valley.
