They don't easily launch attacks.
Because doing so is too risky.
Like the previous arena combat between the Late-Stage Tier One Combat Priest and the Rock Horse Warrior, it almost always breaks into intense clashes the moment Judge Xu Wanfeng announces the start.
This is mainly because the combat power of Late-Stage Tier One Evolvers, even in extreme conditions, maxes out at only ten tons of power.
And the Tier Two Power Armor, whether it's the Undying Holy Armor or Rock Horse Armor, both have a base defense of over ten tons.
Thus, both sides can strike freely, striving to push their armor to the limit to breach each other's armor, thereby ending the match.
But this mindset in battles can't be applied among Tier Two Evolvers.
