"By the way, there are fifty-three jars of honey and seven jars of butter, along with some jam and cheese, all stored separately."
The honey and butter belong to the Lord, and since the quantity isn't large, Durant naturally had carefully recorded it.
"Long Winter Town has quite a bit of grain."
Luo De sounded slightly surprised.
Durant explained, "Most of it comes from Sloer's lord's granary; not much rye was obtained from the civilians, only about forty tons."
"Sloer sure knows how to stockpile, looks like he has quite the ambition."
Luo De said thoughtfully.
Storing grain and equipment, Sloer clearly intends to accomplish something big.
Durant nodded in agreement.
"Distribute half of the grain we got from the civilians back to them," Luo De ordered.
"Ah, yes, sir."
Durant was a bit surprised, and after replying, he couldn't help but ask, "We took the grain from them, why give it back?"
"Taking their grain is our right as victors."
