Xiao Yu's eyes lit up the moment she saw the guard Shen Jia pointed out.
However, well-versed in etiquette, she didn't lose her composure. Instead, she calmly led the group down the corridor toward him. Seeing this imposing arrival, the beautiful women surrounding Feng Yin scattered like startled birds. Their interest in a handsome man wasn't nearly enough to give them the courage to block the path of the young heiress from the Xuan Guang Group.
"This young woman has high status... Perhaps she actually has the power to take me away..." Feng Yin observed the scene, silently evaluating the slim possibility of connecting with the girl.
Accompanied by her best friend's stifled giggles, Xiao Yu maintained her aloof demeanor as she walked right up to Feng Yin, smoothly brushing past him with complete composure. Yet, her eyes stayed glued to his face the entire time.
After they had walked a few meters away, Shen Jia gave a wicked smirk. "Hehe, isn't he more handsome than Ren Bai?"
