Chapter 4 - Chapter 2: It's Over, I Summoned the Evil God_3

"Tsk, as expected of the Gods, the modification is very thorough."

Rose wasn't surprised, although a bit displeased, he was more concerned about another thing—

"Has it been over a thousand years?"

Rose wasn't sure how many in-game years he had been grinding attributes in the game, probably hundreds of years, potentially really a thousand years.

Or perhaps he had been stuck in the Sealed Land for hundreds of years.

The game reached a point where there was nothing left to manage or develop. If he didn't fight the final boss, he'd just have to grind his own stats, so he retreated to the background, furiously grinding attributes for the final battle, no longer handling state affairs, nor pursuing technology—this game didn't support interstellar content, the technology had actually maxed out.

Speaking of which, only started using high-speed trains in recent decades? Could it be that after finishing the final battle, all post-"Star Fall" era development depended on archaeology?

Rose had a bit of an idea, although he couldn't take advantage of his game knowledge to predict the future, the familiarity with these things could quickly integrate him into the world and prevent him from being eliminated... no, as long as I can get out, I'm invincible, what am I afraid of being eliminated for?

It's others who should be eliminated by me.

"Lord Rose, besides the Shadow Patrol Vehicle, do you recognize anything else?"

Hilia glanced at a passing vehicle that seemed to be made of bones, engulfed in raging flames... a motorcycle, "Like this one."

"Ghostfire Chariot?" Rose was slightly stunned, "This vehicle... wasn't originally like this, it was just an ordinary Skeleton Earth Dragon, but I installed a ghostfire mod, made it burst into flames, so I called it Ghostfire Chariot."

How did modded things intrude here? Forget about saying this is a real otherworldly place, it's definitely a crossover to the game world.

"Mod... Mude? What is Mude?" Hilia asked.

"A kind of power from beyond the world."

"Oh, I get it! I heard someone say, when the Ghostfire Chariot is completed, a mysterious force envelops the whole chariot, making it burst into fierce flames, but the fire has no temperature and doesn't harm people, very mysterious... so this is the power of 'Mude'? Is this the miracle you created using power from beyond the world?"

"...Theoretically, yes."

Hilia felt like Rose wasn't lying, but what he said was vastly different from what's in the books.

Yet, she didn't know the exact history of things like the patrol car, Ghostfire Chariot, so she was skeptical of Rose's statements.

On the way to the patrol point to board the patrol vehicle, Rose pointed out many magical technological products with an otherworldly style, some of which were related to the 'Mude' power from beyond the world.

Of these things he talked about, Hilia wasn't very clear, so she decided to confirm them at the library once she returned to school.

After boarding the patrol vehicle, Hilia suddenly thought of something.

"Lord Rose, since you brought all these... the Industrial Revolution? Then why do the books say you are the Evil God who brought calamity to the world?"

"The Main Gods didn't want to see anyone develop independently away from them. History is written by the victors. I lost to the Twelve Main Gods, the pen is in their hands, they can write it however they want."

Of course, being the Fourth Heavenly Calamity, the stereotypical things an Evil God would do aren't completely unrelated,

Rose was somewhat regrettable, if it were him now, he'd surely crush the Twelve Main Gods in a rematch. In the Sealed Land, he had fully mastered all his abilities, even improved quite a lot.

Wait until grandpa comes out, see if I won't tear down your Divine Halls!

However, for now, better to keep a low profile, lest those old things find out and patch up Hilia's loophole.

"Are you... still sealed by the Gods, unable to get out?"

Rose sensed that Hilia had other thoughts.

He didn't mind, just nodded, "That's right, V me 50, help me unseal, and I'll make you the new Main God."
