These Outer Disciples manage small towns, Spirit Mountains, and Spiritual Mines for the Qing Xuan Sect, maintaining the interests under the Qing Xuan Sect's jurisdiction; they represent the face of the Qing Xuan Sect. Ordinary Loose Cultivators and family powers absolutely dare not take action against them, otherwise, they would face the Qing Xuan Sect's mad retaliation and be hunted down until the end.
