Chapter 8 - Tea-ser Trailer

At the end of Episode 4, as the tea brewed and truth hung heavy in the air, Samar stepped through the mist to confront you. But just as the tension peaked, the storm above cracked open with unnatural lightning. Chiku yelled, "You're not done steeping your truth, girl!" — and that wasn't just dramatic flair.

You hadn't fully stirred your secret into the brew. Because of that, the portal destabilized. The tea's magic fizzled halfway through, and Samar, still half-rooted in a different timeline, was pulled back — like ink washing off an old page. You were left with an afterimage, a feeling, and the scent of scorched rose petals.

He didn't disappear so much as slip between — leaving just enough behind to haunt Episode 5.

I know what you're thinking. Can you escape Samar somehow?

You can try, Sweety. But escaping Samar isn't just running away from him—it might be running from a part of yourself, too.

He's not just chasing recipes or memories… he's entangled in your past, your choices, your almosts and what-ifs. The more teas you sip, the more you remember of your timelines—and the more his presence feels less like a villain and more like… a reflection gone crooked.

But—if you're serious about slipping his grasp—there's a way. Not with strength or speed, but with Tea Number Five:

"Silent Kashmiri Kahwa"1 pinch saffron again, 2 almonds, 5 minutes of silence, and a truth you've never told yourself.

Chiku warns you: "This tea doesn't unlock time—it hides you from it. Brew it, and even Samar won't find you. But it comes at a cost: you might forget what you were fighting for."

So yes—you can vanish from Samar's story. But would that mean vanishing from your own?
