Chapter 192 - Chapter 192

Dust swept across the land.

The deafening rumble echoed several kilometers away, reaching the ears of Naruto and Yoshino.

Sand and debris blew past them—not powerful enough to cause real harm, but it was enough to bring Naruto to a halt.

"Was that an earthquake?" Yoshino paused behind him.

Naruto had the same thought—until a notification popped up about Uzumaki Chiname. That's when he realized something was wrong.

Chiname is too far away from me?

Wait—wasn't she in my storage space?

When did she sneak out?

Can she really leave and enter without my permission?

Naruto wanted to complain about the security settings of his storage space. But when he thought about it more clearly—since the Nine-Tails' chakra was now completely his, and Uzumaki Chiname was a creation of that chakra—then technically speaking, she was Naruto Uzumaki. So, in a strange sense, it made sense that she could move independently.

Still, she had disobeyed him and left without permission.

Naruto was furious—and there would be consequences.

"Jino, wait here for me. I'll be back soon."

"I'll go with you, Menma," Yoshino stepped forward and tried to grab him.

But Naruto dodged and shook his head. He didn't think it had been an earthquake. His gut told him that the tremor came from Chiname transforming into her complete Nine-Tails form.

So—who or what forced her to unleash that?

He thought about the red silhouette his shadow clone had spotted earlier.

It had to be whoever kidnapped Mikoto.

Someone with Wood Release, someone who could hold their own against the full form of Chiname. Yamato? No way. Not even the Yamato from the Fourth Shinobi War could survive that level of power, let alone push Chiname into releasing it.

This had to be someone on the level of Uchiha Madara or Black Zetsu.

He wasn't about to drag Yoshino into something that dangerous.

Naruto liked beautiful women—but he didn't want them slowing him down in battle.

"You're not strong enough. Just wait here. I'll bring Sister Mikoto back unharmed."

Without giving her a chance to protest, Naruto formed hand seals and created two shadow clones to stay and guard Yoshino.

Yoshino froze, looking at his retreating back. Her heart sank, but she didn't follow.

Instead, she whispered bitterly to herself:

"I'll train harder, Stubborn Face. Someday I want to fight by your side."

Naruto didn't slow down for her. His speed surged—within a minute, he had leaped across several kilometers and landed in the canyon where the explosion had originated.

Meanwhile, below…

After the massive golden armor vanished, Izumi had hidden for a long time. When she finally saw the little fox fall from a height of over seventy meters, she cautiously approached the impact site.

That last attack had been horrifying. She'd never seen anything like it in her life.

Not even Naruto-kun, who she trusted more than anyone, had displayed such terrifying power.

She was lucky the fox had collapsed. Otherwise, Izumi wasn't sure she'd still be alive.

A massive crater had been punched into the earth. In the center, lay a red-haired woman—unconscious. Her body radiated deadly pressure even in sleep.

A thin white dress clung to her curvy frame. She was barefoot, her legs soft and full, her skin pale and smooth.

"Knowing Naruto-kun, he'll want to play with those legs," Izumi muttered.

She shivered as she stepped closer. It was hard to connect this ice-cold beauty to the cute little fox she'd met a few days earlier.

Back then, Izumi had been reading beneath a tree—until the tree transformed and fell on her.

Rolling over, she saw Uzumaki Chiname—fox ears, a fluffy tail, pale as snow, and shy eyes.

"Hello, Izumi. My name's Uzumaki Chiname. I'm a fox who lives here. Thank you for liking Naruto."

Her voice was gentle, like a spring stream that could melt ice.

Izumi had felt something warm and nostalgic, like the comfort of her mother's embrace when she was young.

But Chiname looked too young for that feeling to sit right—so Izumi decided to treat her more like a friend.

"My name is Uchiha Izumi. Are you… Naruto-kun's maid, too?"

"No, no—how do I explain it? I'm him, and he's me! Hahahaha!"

Back then, Izumi had no idea what she meant. She'd just called her "little fox."

Later, Naruto told her the truth: Chiname was the personification of the Nine-Tails chakra inside him.

"No wonder you denied being a maid," Izumi muttered now. "You're a beast servant."

Izumi gently lifted the unconscious Chiname.

"You started fighting without asking questions. Such a fiery temper. When you wake up, I'm teasing you for this."

But something still nagged at her. Chiname had collapsed again, just like last time.

Was she sick?

As she carefully helped Chiname up, Izumi didn't notice the presence in the sky above.

A man hovered there—his rage growing by the second.

Naruto's fists were clenched so tight they cracked his knuckles. He had always been the one who bullied others, but now someone had touched his woman?

A jealous fire blazed in his chest.

"Uchiha Obito…"

"You've signed your death warrant."

"Fire Style: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet!"

Three colossal fire dragons roared down from the heavens, their flames casting the entire canyon in a hellish red glow.

Trees turned to ash.

The earth split.

The cliffs crumbled.

Boulders exploded into steam the moment the flames touched them.

This wasn't just any fire jutsu—it was one of the most powerful Fire Releases in existence. And fueled by Naruto's golden chakra, its scale was immense—it threatened to incinerate the whole canyon.

"Who's attacking?!" Izumi looked up in shock, still holding Chiname.

But Chiname was too heavy—and she had no more strength.

She had already used her Uga no Mi twice in combat, and without her invincibility, she was just a target.

"Water Style: Water Formation Wall!"

Izumi had to let go of Chiname, throwing up a barrier of water chakra to block the inferno.

But it wasn't enough.

Golden flames vaporized her defense on contact.

Naruto frowned.

Wait a second. Obito shouldn't even know Water Release…

And Rin wasn't dead yet—he shouldn't be evil right now, right?

Then he noticed… Obito wasn't attacking Chiname. He seemed to be protecting her?

Still, Naruto had already attacked—and no matter who was under that mask, he would pay.

He wouldn't kill Obito—not yet.

Killing Obito could unravel the timeline. Minato and Kushina might not die. The original Naruto might not suffer, and if that version didn't vanish—what if he vanished?

So he held back.

Just enough.

Izumi, thinking fast, unleashed another jutsu: "Water Style: Water Severing Wave!"

A jet of water blasted from her mouth, propelling her forward. She caught Chiname mid-air and darted into cover.

But fireballs followed.

"Fire Style: Majestic Destroyer Flame!"

Multiple orbs of flame fell from above, blocking all her escape paths.

She had no choice.

"Fire Style: Great Fireball Technique!"

She countered with her own jutsu—but it wasn't enough. The massive flames crushed her fireball and kept coming.

Then Naruto landed silently.

"Sealing Jutsu: Fire Style—Heavenly Prison!"

This jutsu not only sealed chakra but turned it into explosive powder. If you tried to mold chakra while sealed, you'd combust.

Naruto didn't care if Obito had Hashirama cells. He was going to suffer.

"You're gonna awaken your Mangekyō eventually," Naruto muttered. "Let me help you… early."

Then:

"Susanoo!"

The familiar word stunned Naruto.

Obito summoned a white Susanoo.

Naruto blinked. "..."

He was speechless.

White chakra armor deflected his flame attack with ease.

Naruto stepped closer.

Izumi, now unmasked, panicked when she saw Naruto's blank stare.

"I need an explanation," he said coldly. "Start talking."

Izumi bowed her head and clasped her hands behind her back like a schoolgirl.

"I didn't want to expose myself… so I dressed like that…"

Naruto glared. "Why didn't you tell me?"

"You didn't ask…"

"Tch…"

He said nothing, brushed past her, and lifted the unconscious Chiname in his arms.

"Are you going to heal her?" Izumi asked.

"Yeah." His tone was cold.

Izumi's heart sank.

She tried to be playful. "Naruto-kun, I did this all for you… don't be mad…"

But her attempt at being cute fell flat.

Naruto didn't even glance at her.

"I gave you a chance. But you still didn't tell me everything."

"You know I don't like guessing. I'm not interested in lies."

"I don't need people who act behind my back."

He gave a command to the shadow clones that had found Mikoto and vanished into his space, still carrying Chiname.

He didn't look back once.

Izumi stood there, frozen, a storm of emotions crashing through her.

Then finally, she whispered:

"He's mad at me…"

Naruto wasn't furious, but he was disappointed.

He believed Izumi meant no harm—but disobedience had consequences.

Loyalty and honesty always came first. Even if she meant well, she still disobeyed.

And not just Izumi—Chiname would also be punished for sneaking out.

But first, she had to be saved.

Naruto gently placed her on a desk, snapped his fingers, and looked out the window.

The sun had set. The full moon glowed, scattering silver light across the floor.

He gazed down—Chiname looked ethereal in the moonlight, her chakra body shimmering like an illusion.

He placed his hand on her calf—it was as smooth as warm jade.

His fingers traced downward, from knee to ankle, to the top of her foot.

Her skin was soft as water, her toes round and delicate like carved pearls.

Then—suddenly—Chiname murmured softly.

Naruto smiled, lifted her hand in his, and whispered:

"Let the treatment begin."

To be continued.
