Kael was summoned to the Watchtower for the first time—an honor most young heroes never received.
He stood beneath the stars, eyes darting between the towering members of the League. Superman watched him closely. So did Wonder Woman. But it was J'onn who spoke first.
"There are others like you… across different worlds. Or at least, echoes."
Kael tilted his head. "You mean I'm not the only freak?"
"Not freak," J'onn corrected. "Convergence. Some believe you are… the result of dimensional bleed. Traits from three warrior species fused into one host."
Superman stepped forward. "If that's true, your power has no ceiling. You have to learn control—fast."
"I'm trying," Kael said, voice hard.
Batman's voice cut through. "Then stop trying. Train. Every second you wait, someone out there is finding ways to use you."
Kael nodded. There were eyes on him now. Enemies. And maybe… something darker than enemies.
