Superpower Rankings

The strength of any superpower is determined by three core attributes:

🔺 Destructiveness

How much damage—physical or mental—can the ability cause?

🔹 Capabilities

What can the power do? Does it bend reality or simply wash dishes faster?

⚠️ Limitations

What are the flaws? What can't it do?

🧪 Tier Determination Rules

1. Tier 0 Override:If any of the three attributes is ranked Tier 0, the power is instantly classified as Tier 0—a category reserved for godlike or apocalyptic forces.

2. Functional Tier Calculation:For all other abilities, the final tier is determined by the highest (i.e., weakest) tier among the three.

Example: A power with Destructiveness at Tier 1, Capabilities at Tier 12, and Limitations at Tier 12 would be functionally placed in Tier 8.

3. Tier Evolution:Tiers aren't static. Powers can evolve or degrade due to mutations, training, artifacts, or external enhancements.

🧭 Tier Breakdown: 🟤 [Tier 12] - Harmless Curiosity

Destructiveness: Zero. Can't break a plate or bruise a leaf.

Capabilities: Almost laughable. Is this even a power?

Limitations: Too many to list. Completely impractical.

⚪ [Tier 11] - Pet Tricks

Destructiveness: Might break twigs or scratch paint.

Capabilities: Minor boosts (smell, reflexes), weak utility like lighting a candle.

Limitations: Fragile, short-range, and easy to counter.

🟢 [Tier 10] - Spark of Power

Destructiveness: Can burn, push, or hurt small animals or weak humans.

Capabilities: Basic fireballs, weak telekinesis, light barriers.

Limitations: Limited range or duration, needs focus or prep.

🔵 [Tier 9] - Human Threat

Destructiveness: Can injure trained fighters or break walls.

Capabilities: Moderate force control, healing, weaponization.

Limitations: Still vulnerable to suppression or counters.

🟣 [Tier 8] - Street-Level Menace

Destructiveness: Destroys buildings or vehicles.

Capabilities: Offense, defense, and support powers start appearing.

Limitations: Has weaknesses or dependencies—mana, focus, weather, etc.

🟠 [Tier 7] - Battlefield Tier

Destructiveness: Wipes out city blocks or military groups.

Capabilities: Tactical powers like limited mind control or large-scale attacks.

Limitations: Strong, but not immune to nullifiers or higher tiers.

🔴 [Tier 6] - City Buster

Destructiveness: Levels cities or creates massive natural disasters.

Capabilities: Time/space manipulation (localized), large element zones.

Limitations: Rare weaknesses, sometimes high energy costs.

⚫ [Tier 5] - Regional Threat

Destructiveness: Annihilates islands, mountains, or towns.

Capabilities: Alters physics, summons armies, transmutes matter.

Limitations: Only blocked by relics or ultra-rare techniques.

🟡 [Tier 4] - National Power

Destructiveness: Erases countries from the map.

Capabilities: Reshapes landscapes, ecosystems, or even collective memory.

Limitations: Can function in nearly any condition, immune to most suppression.

🌕 [Tier 3] - Planetary Cataclysm

Destructiveness: Can destroy moons, planets, or ecosystems.

Capabilities: Conceptual control (fate, probability, souls).

Limitations: Self-sustaining. Can't be undone through typical means.

🌌 [Tier 2] - Cosmic Architect

Destructiveness: Stellar-scale—destroys suns, systems.

Capabilities: Rewrites laws of nature, creates worlds, bends time freely.

Limitations: Bound only by narrative logic or plot devices.

🌀 [Tier 1] - Universal Authority

Destructiveness: Unmakes galaxies or entire universes.

Capabilities: Complete control over matter, energy, laws, and beings in a universe.

Limitations: Only stopped by Tier 0 or equal-tiered opponents.

🟓 [Tier 0] - Transcendent Omnipotence

Destructiveness: Multiversal erasure—wipes out entire timelines, dimensions, or planes of existence.

Capabilities: Anything Is Possible!!!

Limitations:None. Absolutely None. Completely Overpowered.
