Chapter 3 - CHAPTER-3

The silence of the square was instantly shattered!

Everyone wore expressions of utter disbelief.

After joining the Navy, as commoner recruits, what they yearned for most was Six Styles.

It was also the shortcut for ordinary people to become strong.

For the Six Styles promoted within the Navy, those of them selected from various bases naturally knew exactly what it was.

Luo Yu had just let them witness the invulnerability of Iron Body.

How could someone else break through it with a single punch?

However, what was that about being able to punch someone into bankruptcy?

Undoubtedly, it made Luo Yu's high-class image instantly reek of money.

"A Six Styles combination technique?"

Zeff's face showed shock, and he quickly saw the clue.

"Garp, did this little brat really only train under you for a year before reaching this level? If this is true, he's a genius of the Six Styles!"

The Six Styles is a martial art technique summarized by the Navy Headquarters over generations!

It was through the efforts of Zeff, Garp, and others that it was able to flourish.

It could be said that as a pure physical strength user, he was also a master of the Six Styles.

Of course, he knew how difficult it was to simultaneously use two Six Styles and combine them together.

"Haha, Zeff, I told you, this little brat is something special, but geniuses all have their flaws." Garp laughed heartily.

"I'm talking about the potential to become an Admiral, I'm not lying to you. When this little brat is recommended for Admiral in the future, you better put in a good word."

The new recruits in the field were in an uproar.

At first, they naturally thought the assessment of "potential to become an Admiral" was a joke.

The Admirals of the past Marine Headquarters were generally only two. The emergence of the current three Admirals was hailed as the most outstanding in history.

This was enough to show just how difficult it was to find someone with the potential to become an Admiral and cultivate them.

But now, a new recruit, labeled with the potential to become an Admiral, appeared before them.

As fellow rookies, the pressure was immense!

"Teacher Zeff, I was just careless just now. Let's fight again!" Ain wiped away the blood from the corner of her mouth, a hint of frostiness appearing on her pretty face.

As one of the two survivors of the new recruits incident four years ago, she had never given up on the idea of becoming stronger to avenge herself.

Now, she had been knocked back by a single punch, and Ain couldn't swallow this anger.

Luo Yu raised his glasses, looked at Ain's face filled with fighting spirit, and couldn't help but shake his head and say, "Forget it."

"Forget?" Ain's face darkened, and she gritted her teeth, "Are you saying I'm not your match, or are you showing mercy and don't want to fight a woman? I forgot to tell you, both Binz and I are Devil Fruit users, and we didn't even use half of our strength just now."

"If we really fought all out, you definitely wouldn't gain any advantage."

"Luo Yu, I'm asking you now, are you willing to fight me again? Don't try to brush me off with some pitying words for a woman."

"Brush you off?" Luo Yu shook his head and said, "I'm sorry, I didn't pity you because of gender."

"Mainly, you're only worth 100,000 Beli in overtime pay. I already fleeced you once, so if I can do it again, I certainly wouldn't mind."

"Zeff, are you okay with this, Instructor?"

Everyone present was completely dumbfounded, staring at Luo Yu, who was all business and reeked of money. It was a world away from the evaluation of him being like an Admiral just moments ago.

In the male-dominated world of the Navy Headquarters, Ain was a goddess.

In the eyes of many, she was someone they'd be afraid to even hold for fear of breaking her.

Now, Luo Yu had 100,000 Beli on his mind.

Could it be that, in his eyes, the goddess was only worth 100,000 in overtime pay?

However, this was also understandable.

The successful fleece just now allowed Luo Yu's Bronze Progress Bar to jump to the Silver level in one fell swoop.

The million Beli salary achievement was only two thousand Beli away.

If he could, Luo Yu really wouldn't mind punching Ain again.

"I'm only worth a hundred thousand overtime pay?"

Ain's face turned ashen, and she immediately roared in shame and anger.

"Luo Yu, you're going too far! I'll make you taste what it's like to be a child!"

"Ain, stop," Zeff reached out and stopped Ain, and at the same time handed his Justice cloak to Ain, laughing, "Kid, aren't you asking for overtime pay? As long as you can force the old man out of this arena, I'll personally give you two hundred thousand Beli in overtime pay."

"Come on, attack with all you've got, and let the old man examine your strength properly."

The rumbling voice was like thunder exploding, and the fighting spirit mixed in the words shocked everyone.

This was a training session that produced three Admirals, and even a former Admiral was present.

For Zeff to personally step in for a newcomer was completely beyond everyone's expectations.

For anyone, it was an honor.

"No, I refuse!" Luo Yu pulled out a wine gourd and took a swig of his homemade liquor, then said, "Ain and Binz already got a hundred thousand Beli in overtime pay."

"Surely, Chief Instructor Zeff's worth is more than just a hundred thousand Beli more than them. How about I get a raise? Five hundred thousand Beli?"

"Five hundred thousand in overtime pay?" Zeff's face, brimming with battle intent, suddenly stiffened, and then he laughed with anger.

"You brat, it seems I really underestimated you."

"Five hundred thousand Beli, then five hundred thousand Beli. Let's see how you break my Six Styles Steel!"

Bang!

A low sonic boom, like thunder, resounded.

Zeff had just steadied himself on the stage when a phantom appeared before him.

"So fast!"

"Kid, you weren't using your full strength just now. No wonder you were able to withstand the training machine I knocked away!"

"However, your Iron Body can't penetrate my Steel."

"Six Styles Steel!"

Bang!

Luo Yu took a step, and the floor of the arena, clearly unable to withstand the release of such immense power, shattered like a spiderweb.

Watching Luo Yu, who had taken the initiative to attack and was closing in with lightning speed, everyone's nerves tightened to the extreme. They were eager to see the money-grubbing Luo Yu be defeated by Zeff's Six Styles Steel.

To thoroughly crush his arrogance.

But, just as this thought arose in their minds, the moment Luo Yu appeared before Zeff...

He didn't use Iron Body Heavy Step Wolf first, as he had done when attacking Ain and Binz.

Instead, his feet were planted one behind the other, like an old tree taking root in the earth.

His ten fingers clenched tightly, and he adopted a strange starting posture.

The air around them seemed to still the moment he took his stance.

A terrifying, indescribable aura began to rapidly build within Luo Yu.

It gave off a sense of overwhelming pressure, like a volcanic eruption about to happen.

Garp's smile instantly froze. The Senbei in his hand crumbled as he urgently shouted,

"Zeff, be careful! I've never seen this brat's move before. Don't hold back, or you'll get caught off guard!"
