Chapter 1 - prologue:the betrayed light.

They once called him a hero. A savior. A man blessed by the heavens to protect the world from destruction.

For a thousand years, he fought. Against demons, against ancient evils, even against the wrath of corrupted gods. Every drop of blood spilled was for the people. Every sacrifice, for peace.

But in the end, it wasn't the darkness that destroyed him.

It was the light.

Bound in sacred chains.Chains he had forged himself to seal evil gods, he stood before a roaring crowd. Their eyes, once filled with admiration, now burned with fear and hatred.

"You monster!"

"Kill him!"

"He must've been corrupted!"

Even the soldier he had saved once from a demon's jaws, shouted, "You ungrateful bastard! How dare you point your blade at the kingdom that gave you everything!"

He said nothing.

Not when the Emperor walked out holding Iris. The woman he once loved, nor when she said with a cold smirk, "You still haven't killed him?"

The Emperor sighed. "He's your husband…"

"Says who? I only accepted that ring because it was a powerful divine artifact. Only a fool would say no to that."

Something broke. The chains shattered like paper.

"…Oops," the hero said, emotionless. "Didn't mean to break that."

The silence that followed was thicker than blood.

"You call me a monster… But who is the real monster?" His voice cut through the silence. "I gave you everything. My power. My soul. My humanity."

"You fear me now. Because you know you can't control me anymore."

Then, he raised his head. His eyes glowed like twin dying stars. "You want a monster?"

The sun vanished. The moon rose in its place.

"Then I'll show you one."

People screamed. Some knelt, others fled. But they all knew there was no escape.

Iris trembled. "Hero, what happened to you?"

He looked at her.

"…Hero?"

"That's not my name," he whispered, voice void of all emotion.

Then, he spoke a name that made the world shiver.

"Amon."

From the sky descended a terrifying presence a god of darkness, sealed for millennia.

"Yes, Supreme One?" Amon said.

"You may have this world," the fallen hero said coldly.

"Thank you… Supreme One."

And just like that, the Nameless World and the Nameless Hero vanished from the annals of time.

One was erased from existence.

The other… disappeared into legend.
