Chapter 35 - CHAPTER 7: BLUE EYED MENACE

The sun was just beginning to set, casting an orange glow across the cityscape. The sky turned into a watercolor blend of amber and purple. At a private all-girls school tucked into a quiet district of Tokyo, students were just finishing their final classes for the day.

That's when he arrived.

Satoru Gojo.

In his long, black uniform coat, white hair ruffled by the breeze, and his signature dark shades hiding those infamous Six Eyes, he strolled through the front gates like he owned the entire country.

Girls turned.

Voices rose.

"Who is that?"

"He's so tall…"

"His hair! Is he a model?!"

"Oh my God, he looked at me!!"

Gojo paused mid-step, grinning to himself. "Well, well… I guess I'm still popular with the ladies."

He reached up, slid his shades down ever so slightly, and flashed his dazzling blue eyes at the crowd of gasping high school girls. A few actually squealed.

"Ladies," he said suavely, striking a fake magazine-model pose. "Be careful, alright? This much handsomeness should be illegal."

From the third floor of the school, peeking through a window, Riko Amanai groaned in horror. "Oh no… no no no! I thought they were sending someone normal! They sent him?!"

Her friend beside her whispered, "You know him?"

Riko buried her face in her hands. "I'm supposed to be protected by that?"

Down below, Gojo strutted toward the school building entrance until a very tired-looking teacher approached him.

"Excuse me, sir, are you…?"

"Gojo Satoru," he said, lowering his sunglasses just enough to give the teacher a full glimpse of his eyes. "The one and only."

The teacher blinked. "Right. Uhm… this is highly irregular, but she's expecting you."

Before turning away, the teacher hastily passed him a small folded paper and whispered under her breath, "It's my number."

Gojo blinked once, looked down at the number, and said with a mischievous grin, "Sensei… scandalous."

Moments later, a furious Riko Amanai was standing outside the classroom with her bag slung over her shoulder, glaring up at Gojo.

"I can walk you know! You don't have to come barging into my school like a rockstar!"

Gojo bent down slightly to her level. "Oh come on, don't be shy. I made your school popular for a day."

"You're embarrassing me!" she hissed, cheeks burning red.

"Alright," he said, suddenly picking her up and slinging her over his shoulder like a rice sack.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! PUT ME DOWN!!"

"Nope!" Gojo grinned. "Security mission, Agent Gojo is on duty."

"You're treating me like a jute bag!"

"You're a very valuable jute bag. Maybe silk-wrapped."

She screamed in frustration, pounding on his back. "I HATE YOU!"

Girls all around were laughing and cheering. Phones were out, filming the dramatic departure of the blue-eyed menace and his captive.

And Gojo just casually strolled through it all, sunglasses back on, whistling a tune.

"Gheh-heh… what a fun start to the mission."

He didn't notice it yet, but eyes were already watching them from the rooftops.

The hunt for Riko Amanai had truly begun
