Jay's pov
Today was nothing special, keifer again went to London for one day. He had some important meeting.
I thought to watch my favourite movie.
In between, I felt nauseous. These days I am feeling nauseous every hour.
I also skipped my this month's periods.
Does this mean that I am pregnant. Dora this means I am going to have a child. Does this mean happiness is coming.
Oh my god, I have to test it.
I called maid and ordered her to bring me a pregnancy test kit.
After using it, I waited for few minutes. The tadaa, I went to it.
It showed two lines, means positive.
Wow, yay, I am finally a mother and keifer is going to be a father.
I can't be this sure.
I should consult a doctor first.
I quickly got ready and went down.
" Where are you going mumma" keiren asked.
" Anak, I am going to my brother's house. I will be here soon." I answered him and he nodded.
I booked a cab and Peralta hospital.
I found ci.n's mom. We entered her cabin.
" So, what happened. Tell me" she asked.
" I skipped my periods and I am actually feeling nauseous every day." I replied.
" Oh, this can be pregnancy. We will check. Wait a minute, I will call you inside"
I nodded and she went somewhere inside a small room.
Then after few minutes she called me.
I went inside and sat on the bed.
" Please lay down on the bed" nurse said.
I did that.
Then Mrs Peralta, opened my shirt, and applied a cold cream. I winced a little.
Then she took some tool and I don't know what was she doing.
" Okay, it's done. You can go back to the cabin. I will be back there with reports." She said.
I nodded and sat on the chair.
Soon, she also came.
" Mrs Watson, you are pregnant, congratulations." She said.
" Really?" I asked in disbelief.
She nodded happily.
She handed me the reports and I took it.
" It's not visible now, but try to wear loose T-shirts only." She said.
" Okay" I replied.
" Next time, we will start the main process. For now you can go".
" Thanks"

I was very happy that finally me and keifer are going to be parents.
He is going to come today night, and tommorow is his birthday.
I should plan some thing big for him.
How about, I tell him that I am pregnant, this midnight.
For now, it's a secret that nobody knows.
I then went to a shop and bought decorative things. Then I took a box.
I then took some posters of babies.
I quickly went home as I had a lot to do.
First, I thought to call all the ulupongs. I did not tell them about pregnancy. I just told them that I am going to surprise keifer.
Then I called keiren and keigan.
" What happened ate" keigan said.
" Why did you called is mumma" keiren said.
" You know that tonight your kuya is coming and his birthday is also tonight." I said.
" So?" Keigan asked.
" So we should give him a surprise." I said
" Can we help" keiren asked.
" Of course, I need your help" I said.
We then beautifullly decorated the area near the swimming pool.
First we thought to decorate hall but then remembered that, it won't be a surprise.
Then keigan gave the idea, that we could celebrate here.
It was huge space that everyone could fit in.
After decoration, we cleaned everything and went to our rooms. I instructed them to act normal when keifer comes.
Then I started to gift wrap my surprise.
First I put the reports in one box. And then I put the pregnancy test, which I did on kit, in one box.
I gift wrapped them.
I put the photos in that carry bag only.
I am very excited for keifer's reaction.
