She look around to see dead bodies around her. Some are her own soldiers. Some are dead and some are groaning in pain. As the river water is not too high at that time, they are not completely submerged in the water. Their faces especially the nose and mouth is above the water. She hurry to the nearest and pull him up. The man groan in pain and not able to walk. Er Yin drag him out of the water and goes up to the flat ground where she lay him there.

"Stay here. This is our side at the river bank. Help will come. Hang on, you hear me."

In a distance over the other side of the river bank, she see that her commander had push the enemy back. They need to continue to push them till they can reach the camp site. That is a half battle win for now. She attempts to stand up but the pain in her leg is making it too painful for her to stand up after a long time she push herself to stand up. She wipe the sweat and blood on her face with the back of her hand. Again the beat of the drum is back. Like in a trance, she walk towards where she have fallen off from her horse, she find her sword on a dead enemy. Er Yin pull it off and look at her brother's name on it. Blood is dripping down from the name. She wants to cry while looking at it but there is no tears in her eyes. She rinse the blood off with the water and slowly drag her tired body to the other side of the river. Is either she die today or she make it back with Duke Yan. There is no other option.

They can hear cries of men inside the camp. While Er Yin and Luo Ming with their might and determination hack the gate with their swords on hand. The rest follow using their axes. The archers continue to fire non stop to give the front liners time to hack the gate down. Since the wooden gate is tied with thick ropes, it is only time that it will give way. After a long time, finally it gave way and the gate collapse. The soldiers along with the crown prince rush into the camp. Luo Ming continue to hold onto Er Yin as they rush in.
