"Man, Zoro, I must say I've never seen someone who loves to sleep as much as you."
"Zoro yawning, are we there yet?... Hey, by the way, Ace, how long is it going to take for us to arrive on what's the name of the island again?"
"Sixis Island, and don't you worry, it's extremely close now; it's only going to take a few hours for us to arrive there."
"What are you going to do when we get there? You said it's an uninhabitable island. What are you going to do there?"
"We're going to train, if it's not too hot. Sixis Island is known for being hot. Of course, there are a few things I need to teach you; besides, there's something extremely valuable on that island."
"What do you mean, something valuable there"?
"Remember, I told you there's a devil fruit there, and I want to get my hands on it more than anything else."
"A devil fruit, huh, now that is interesting, but wait, a few days ago you told me that you don't want to eat any devil fruit".
"Nah, I got no plans to eat any devil fruits, but finding it could still be beneficial you know in the right hands especially what they call the underworld the price of a devil fruit can vary from a hundred Million berry and depending on the devil fruit and the potential buyer some people would be willing to pay in the billions range for one alas I don't plan on selling any devil fruits or at least not right now if the devil fruit I find is the one I think it is I'll give it to my younger brother."
"But I thought you told me that when you eat a devil fruit, you can't eat another one or you'll die."
"Yeah, normally that's exactly what happens, but I'm not giving that ability to Luffy, I'm giving it to Sabo."
"Oh, so you have another brother named Sabo, huh?"
"That's right, unlike me, he's not a pirate; he's a member of the revolutionary army, the organization that directly opposes the world government."
"The revolutionary army, you mean the organization spearheaded by that former Marine and now the world's greatest criminal Dragon?"
"Oh, you know about the revolutionary army?"
"Yeah, I once read about him in the papers. There was this uprising a few years ago, and the revolutionary army stepped in to break the six-month stalemate and overthrew that monarchy."
A few hours later, Zoro and I finally arrived on Sixis Island.
"So this is Sixis Island, huh? It's extremely hot here."
I've been changing a few things after a few things ever since I was born; maybe the Mera Mera no Mi(Flame-Flame Fruit) is no longer here anymore.
"Hey Zoro, let's split up. I don't know where the devil fruit is, but it's yellow with a green tip on it. Let me know if you find it."
"OK"
If things didn't change that much, then the devil fruit should be here on this island. Unfortunately, I don't remember where exactly man talk about drag.
I did well by telling Dragon not to leave the East Blue; it would've been a real drag if I had to wait to give it to him. Now, if I find it, I'll just give it to Dragon, and Dragon will give it to him.
"Hey Ace," Zoro called me
"Yeah, what's up, Zoro?" I responded
"I think I found it."
Well, would you look at that? It was still on the island, with not many things having changed, at least not yet. However, I'm pretty sure that soon things will become unpredictable, especially since I'll be recruiting members from Luffy's crew.
Thank heavens for that system because man, things are starting to get a little tough for me, the sea is basically working for me, and things are this tough for me already. How did people like Roger, Whitebeard, Shanks, and Luffy do it? If you look at it skill for skill, when they first started, none of them had abilities like mine.
I have to understand even though when it comes to pure skills among any pirates who ever took the sea I have the best start I need to stay grounded because it doesn't get any easier only harder from now on I need to keep getting new abilities and improving my old ones and I also need to absorb more seawater to get more points even if it takes a mental toll on me because those guys I'll recruiting is not ready yet so I have to be strong to protect them until they can look after themselves.
