Red lanterns hung from every building in the Uchiha compound. The smell of grilled meat and rice filled the air.
Mandy - still in his baby body - watched from his grandfather's arms as people prepared for the festival.
"Today we celebrate the war's end and name my grandson," Raigen announced to the crowd.
A man with stern eyes and dark hair approached. His armor had the clan leader's symbol on it.
"Raigen-san," the man said with respect. "I am Uchiha Fugaku. I came to see the child who spoke our clan name first."
Raigen smiled and held the baby higher. "This is him, Fugaku-kun."
Fugaku studied the baby's face carefully. His own eyes briefly flashed red with Sharingan patterns.
"He has strong chakra for his age," Fugaku noted. "Here, a gift from the clan head."
He handed over a small wooden rattle carved with the Uchiha fan symbol.
"Thank you," Raigen said. "He will treasure it."
Fugaku nodded once and left with his guards.
The naming ceremony started at sunset. Clan elders gathered in a circle around a stone altar.
Raigen stood in the center holding the baby. Candles flickered around them.
"What name will you give him?" Elder Setsuna asked.
Raigen closed his eyes for a moment. Images flashed through his mind - the same visions he'd been having for months.
A tall man with long black hair sitting on a throne. Red eyes with three tomoe spinning. A third eye glowing in his forehead.
The world bowing before him. The name echoing like thunder.
"His name will be Bali," Raigen declared. "Uchiha Bali."
The crowd repeated it. "Uchiha Bali! Uchiha Bali!"
"He will become powerful like Uchiha Madara," Raigen continued, his voice getting louder. "Powerful enough to shake the entire ninja world!"
Some elders looked surprised at such bold words for a baby.
That night, Raigen placed baby Bali in the crib next to his futon. As soon as he fell asleep, the visions came again.
More vivid than ever before.
The man on the throne looked directly at him. Tall, maybe seven feet. Muscles like carved stone under his robes.
Long hair flowed past his shoulders. The third eye in his forehead pulsed with power.
"Grandfather," the vision-Bali spoke. "You named me well."
Entire armies knelt before the throne. Kings and lords begged for mercy.
"The name Uchiha Bali will echo through history," the vision continued.
Raigen woke up sweating. Baby Bali was sleeping peacefully beside him.
"It's so real," Raigen whispered. "Every detail. Every sound."
He'd had prophetic dreams before during the war. They always came true.
"This child will change everything," he realized.
The festival continued for three days. People celebrated the war's end and the new clan member.
Baby Bali watched it all, still adjusting to his new life.
