Bali quickly evaluated his current power before heading to the academy.
Physical strength: Adult chunin level, but he'd act like a weak child.
Chakra capacity: Jonin level reserves from his cultivation methods.
Stellar energy absorption: Still slow but steadily transforming his cells.
Combat skills: Could defeat most academy instructors easily.
"Time to become the worst student they've ever seen," he decided with a smirk.
At the ninja academy, Bali stumbled while walking to his classroom.
"Watch it, weakling!" an older Uchiha boy shoved him hard.
"S-sorry!" Bali stammered, dropping his books dramatically.
The other clan kids laughed as he scrambled to pick them up.
"Raigen's grandson is pathetic," one whispered loudly.
"Maybe he should quit and become a shopkeeper instead."
Bali kept his head down, playing the scared child perfectly.
During kunai throwing practice, Bali carefully controlled his performance.
His first throw went wide, hitting the tree instead of the target.
"Focus, Bali!" the instructor called. "Try again!"
The second throw hit the outer ring of the target.
His third and final throw landed near the center - respectable but not impressive.
"Better! You ranked fifteenth out of thirty students today."
Around him, kids like seven-year-old Itachi hit perfect bullseyes every time.
"I'll never be that good," Bali said loudly, sounding genuinely defeated.
That evening at home, the family gathered around the dinner table, struggling not to laugh.
"The way you tripped over your own feet," Kenji snickered.
"And that fake stutter," Taro added with a grin.
"The instructor actually looked sorry for you," Masa chuckled.
Bali suddenly turned serious. "All of you need to stop acting like this is funny."
"What?" Kenji looked confused.
"Root operatives might be watching our family. If you seem too amused by my 'failures,' they'll know it's an act."
The laughter died immediately.
"How do we fix that?" Hiotmi asked nervously.
"Actually feel disappointed in me sometimes," Bali explained. "Let part of you believe the performance."
"That's hard to do," Kirito said.
"It's necessary. Danzo's people are trained to spot fake emotions."
Raigen nodded grimly. "The boy's right. We need to commit completely."
"Even when we're alone?" Mina asked.
"Especially then. This compound has ears everywhere."
The next day, Minato arrived at the main Uchiha compound for an important meeting.
"Fugaku-san, thank you for agreeing to support my candidacy for Hokage," Minato said respectfully.
"The Uchiha believe you'll bring positive change to the village," Fugaku replied formally.
Setsuna entered the room carrying a tea tray. "Minato-san, you have our complete backing."
"I'm grateful for that. With the Uchiha clan's support, we can build a stronger, more unified village."
"The clan has always been loyal to Konoha's best interests," Setsuna said smoothly.
They discussed policies and integration while servants brought food and drink.
Later that same day, Setsuna sent a message to Shisui.
"The elder requests your presence for tea and discussion about the new Hokage," the messenger explained.
"Of course," Shisui replied. "I'll be there within the hour."
When Shisui arrived at Setsuna's private residence, several clan elders were already present.
"Shisui, thank you for coming," Setsuna greeted warmly. "Please, sit and help yourself to refreshments."
"What did you want to discuss?" Shisui asked, settling into a cushion.
"Your thoughts on Minato's upcoming appointment as Hokage."
"I think it's excellent news," Shisui said enthusiastically, reaching for a cup of tea.
"He's strong, fair-minded, and genuinely cares about protecting everyone in the village."
"We're pleased to hear that," another elder said. "Please, try these rice cakes. They're a specialty."
Shisui ate and drank without suspicion as they continued talking about village politics.
"The Uchiha's future looks bright under Minato's leadership," he said between sips.
"Indeed," Setsuna agreed, watching Shisui's movements carefully.
After fifteen minutes, Shisui began blinking slowly.
"I feel... strange," he mumbled, his words slurring.
"Perhaps you're tired from your recent missions," Setsuna suggested calmly.
Shisui tried to stand but his legs wouldn't support him. "What's happening to me?"
"Relax," Setsuna said as Shisui collapsed forward, unconscious.
"Quickly," he ordered the other elders. "Bring the medical tools."
Within minutes, they had Shisui laid out on a surgical table in a hidden basement room.
"His Mangekyo Sharingan hasn't awakened yet," one elder observed, "but his three-tomoe eyes are still valuable."
"Proceed with the extraction," Setsuna commanded.
The process was swift and clinical. Using medical ninjutsu, they carefully removed both of Shisui's eyes.
"Place them in the preservation solution immediately," Setsuna instructed.
The eyes were sealed in special containers filled with chakra-enhanced fluid that would keep them viable indefinitely.
"Now bind his chakra completely," Setsuna continued. "Use the strongest sealing techniques we have."
Multiple suppression seals were placed on Shisui's unconscious form, completely blocking his ability to access chakra.
"Carry him to the secure cell in the lower basement. Triple locks, chakra-suppressing walls."
That night, Itsuki - an older Uchiha known for his transformation abilities - visited Setsuna privately.
"The preparation is complete?" Setsuna asked.
"Yes. I've studied Shisui's mannerisms and speech patterns for months."
Itsuki performed hand seals and his appearance shifted to match Shisui exactly.
"Test the voice," Setsuna ordered.
"The mission parameters are acceptable, Elder Setsuna," Itsuki said in Shisui's precise tone and inflection.
"Perfect. You understand your role?"
"Sign out for an extended reconnaissance mission, leave the village permanently, and 'die' in the field as scapegoat, and taking smashing head of uchiha body, palce body of Uchiha in incident and look for hideout for Uchiha in ninja world"
" Did you tell anybody about this?"
" no, all my team mates were killed by me, my identity Uchiha itsuki died by lighting Vilage secret attack"
The next morning, the fake Shisui went to the mission assignment desk.
"I need to sign out for a long-term scouting operation," he told the coordinator.
"How long will you be gone, Shisui?"
"Indefinite duration. Could be several months depending on what intelligence I gather."
"Any specific region?"
"Classified. Direct orders from ANBU command."
The coordinator stamped the paperwork without question. "Safe travels, Shisui."
Within two hours, 'Shisui' had left Konoha completely, never to return.
Meanwhile, at the academy, Bali was learning new techniques.
"Today we'll practice the Shadow Clone Jutsu," the instructor announced.
"That seems really hard," Bali said nervously. "Are you sure I'm ready?"
"Let's test your chakra reserves first."
The instructor placed his hand on Bali's shoulder and looked shocked. "You have unusually large chakra capacity for your age."
"Is that good or bad?"
"It means you might actually be able to handle this technique. Try forming the hand seals."
Bali performed the jutsu and created two solid clones - impressive but not overwhelming.
"Excellent work! Most first-year students can't manage even one clone."
During taijutsu class, Bali sparred with his classmates using carefully controlled movements.
He won about half his matches, looking competent but unremarkable.
"You're showing steady improvement," the instructor noted. "Keep practicing your forms."
"I'll try my best, sensei," Bali replied with fake enthusiasm.
After academy hours, Bali trained with his real team in complete secrecy.
His actual taijutsu was devastating - speed and strength that could overwhelm most jonin.
"The contrast is crucial," he explained to Kenji and the others. "Academy Bali is weak. Real Bali is lethal."
"When do we reveal our true abilities?" Taro asked.
"When it's time to disappear from this village forever."
That night in the secure basement, Shisui began to wake up.
His hands instinctively went to his face, feeling the bandages where his eyes used to be.
"What... what happened to me?" he whispered in horror.
The chakra suppression seals prevented him from sensing his surroundings or calling for help.
He was trapped in complete darkness, his most precious abilities stolen.
Above him, Setsuna reviewed the preserved Sharingan with satisfaction.
"Phase one complete," he told Shadow. "The boy's plan is working perfectly."
"And Kakashi's eye?"
"That will require a different approach. But we have time to plan."
