1 Piece AU Luffy Charlotte

For the next month, Luffy spent most of his time training or meeting some of the other Charlottes who he either didn't get to spend a lot of time with or who weren't at the Tea Party. Sometimes, whenever his Mama Ama was teaching him the basics of using a sword, he got to go with her to Nuts Island and spend time with his 'Aunty Hachee', 'Aunty Mondee' and 'Aunty Effy' as they told him to call them.
He even got to meet his Aunty Hachee's kids and was allowed to play with them as long as he was careful because they were smaller and weaker than him!
He had never been allowed to play with anyone but Shanks and his crew, and Ace-nii and Sabo-nii, back on Dawn Island! They looked upset when he had told them that.
Pudding was even allowed to go with him as long as at least one of her older brothers or sisters was around, but when she said she wanted to join his crew when he left Baa-chan immediately put her foot down.
Pudding wasn't allowed to sail out to sea past Tottoland's borders until she was at least seventeen, just like Luffy was supposed to not set sail till he was that age. Pudding pouted and was upset for days but Luffy laughed and agreed and told her that as soon as she turned seventeen she could join his crew, which cheered her up. Pudding even started training too, but she used a gun and mostly focused on her cooking instead of fighting. That was fine though. If cooking made her happy, then cooking she will do. Luffy would be strong enough to protect her on his own.
He was taught the basics for using a sword and a gun and knives but he liked fighting with his fists more. He said it was more fun to personally beat the shit out of someone who deserved it, something that most of his aunts and uncles agreed with, along with his Baa-chan, but had Mama Ama and Mama Branch pulling funny faces as they demanded to know who taught him the word shit.
They were weird but funny and it was okay because they were nice and were his mamas. Luffy absolutely loved having mamas and papas of his own now. He wished he could share them with Ace-nii. Ace-nii could love having a papa or mama of his own too.
Right now though Luffy was near bouncing in place as he waited by the harbor for the Red Force to pull up and dock, papa Kata and Mama Branch holding his hands to keep him from falling into the water…again. Shanks was coming today! Shanks and Benn and Lucky and everyone! Finally he saw the Red Force beginning to dock and he didn't even wait until they were fully docked or the anchor was down before he tried running forward to see them. Papa Kata's hand gripped his tighter, but not enough to hurt, and his hands stayed back in theirs as the rest of his body ran forward.
"Anchor!" The cheer went up from the ship as the rubber boy tried jumping on it while his arms stretched.
Then Luffy snapped back to his papa and mama and was caught easily by Papa Kata while Shanks and Benn jumped off of the ship as well. Katakuri saw a bit ahead into the future and let go of Luffy's hand, Brulee letting go immediately after.
Just in time for Shanks to shoot them a dark look but then relax once Luffy was released and the boy bounced forward to hug Shanks waist.
"Papa Shanks!" Luffy said and he was beaming as he held onto Shanks who's eyes went wide and his jaw dropped slightly.
Looking down at Luffy, Shanks then looked at Benn to make sure he heard right and Benn was just as stunned which meant yes Shanks had definitely heard right.
"They told me what papas and mamas were like and you act like a mama and a papa!" Luffy said and he was smiling brightly up at Shanks with a hopeful look in his eyes.
"Oh god so cute!" Shanks was clutching his chest with his remaining hand as he was nearly killed by Luffy's pureness.
"That makes Benn my papa too though cause he acts like a papa papa!" Luffy said just as bright and happy as could be and Benn didn't even bat an eye as he smirked and reached over to pat Luffy's head.
"Sure Anchor." Benn said accepting his title with ease, after all almost nothing would surprise him anymore.
"That makes three mama's and four papas!" Luffy loved to prove him wrong like usual though but Benn didn't show how surprised he was as he merely cocked an eyebrow.
"Mama is waiting for you at the tea party. I hope you remembered to bring booze." Katakuri said calmly making Shanks snort as he gathered himself together again.
"Of course we did. Who do you take us for?" Shanks asked with a snort while the rest of the Red Haired pirates began making their way onto the harbor, Luffy going to hug and babble happily at each one of them as they hugged him and checked to make sure he wasn't hurt or was eating well.
"The tea party will be at the roof of the Chateau as usual. Luffy." Katakuri called to the boy who was bouncing back towards Benn and Shanks now.
"Time to go get ready for the party. You want to show Mama and Shanks both that new outfit Brulee made for you right?" Katakuri asked making Luffy brighten up and beam as he immediately bounced over to Brulee.
"Yeah! Let's go Mama Branch!" Luffy said taking Brulee's hand and Brulee smiled while the Red Haired pirates looked surprised for a moment.
"Of course he managed to worm his way into their hearts." Benn said sighing amusedly and fondly as Brulee and Luffy disappeared.
"He's taken to calling three of my stronger sisters 'Mama', one of my younger sisters his 'twin' despite there being two years difference in their ages, and me and my older brother two of his four 'papas'…he also calls mama Baa-chan." Katakuri said smirking slightly as he watched Shanks jaw drop open slightly.
"Well…get the booze ready you bastards! This'll be a hell of a party! And make sure we have juice for Anchor!" Shanks said and most of the pirates snorted.
"He's going to actually hit you one of these days for that." Lucky said snickering as he ate some more of his ever present meat while everyone moved to get the liquor and some juice off of the ship.
"When he's big and strong enough to do it then I'll take my Anchor's hits like a man."
