Today hasn't been a very nice day. Worse, my mother forces me to attend the outcasts gala. I've already had a bad day, and I don't want any attention.
I sigh deeply as I enter the ballroom, making sure to retreat to a quiet place before anyone notices me.
"Fucking hell," I hiss as I sit down as I stand beside a protruding wall.
The party is in full swing. Ladies wrapping their hands around their lovers's arms, some young men making out on the dance floor, and some singles walking about, probably looking for the love of their lives.
Haa, all I want is to get the fuck out of here, and go crash on my bed.
I whip out my phone to distract myself, and that's when I see her.
She glides towards the part of the hall I'm standing at, plopping onto an empty seat. She looks tired of the party already.
