Chapter 2 - Morning 2

Seniors…

It's morning.

But I… haven't moved.

Twelve divine boars. One rhino monk. A gorilla that breathed on me once and made my soul flinch. They didn't ask. They didn't explain. They just charged.

I thought I was ready. I wasn't.

My meridians? Throbbing.

My bottleneck? Reduced to pulp.

My foundation? Rebuilt with grunts and hoofprints.

Seniors… at one point I tried to scream.

But the gorilla just… grunted louder.

I think it took my socks too.

Now my qi smells like sweat dirt, and regret.

I can't sit cross-legged anymore. My legs only squat now.

And every time I blink… I hear hoofbeats.

I fear I've entered the Dao of Aggressive Male Enlightenment.

But I think I liked it.
