A child was seen walking in the desert, he was covered in gold ornaments all over his body as if he was not afraid of getting robbed by the local bandits, but he did not care, he was the most talented member of the Royal Family, rumored to be even more talented than the ancestor of the Nefertari clan, who was able to ally herself with the current 19 families living in the Red Line to found the World Government, he was trained in swordsmanship since he was five years old, and he managed to defeat his instructors in just under 2 years of training.
He was also the strongest person in the palace, even with the soldiers added to them, the most noticeable trait that you would see on him was that he was wearing a blindfold decorated with a patterned streak that covered his eyes, but he was not staggering to walk; it was something that he started doing since he was able to defeat his instructors, it was both handicap and training.
The child was Nefertari D. Sinbad, a name that was well known throughout Alabasta, he was the prince that was known as the prince of mischief as he loved pranking the citizens of Alubarna, but what they did not know is that Sinbad was not supposed to be born in Alabasta, he was not even a member of the Canon Story of One Piece, but he was a person from Earth that was transmigrated into the One Piece world.
He was just an overworked worker and when he died, he was given three character spins: one to have the looks, one to have the potential to be added to his would-be power, and one to have unique traits from, from the looks, he got Sinbad from Magi anime, for the talents that would be added to him, he got Shanks, the original fated child, and for the unique traits, he got Vandal Savage's Unique Physiology which was gene-locked.
The Unique Physiology would be adjusted depending on what he picked and chose for the World and character background, being an avid One Piece fan, he naturally picked One Piece and he created a backstory of Cobra's mother being his mother's sister, and being impregnated by Figarland Garling, the father of Shanks and Shamrock, having the golden genes that produced two offsprings that have immense strength, with one being a Commander for the God's Knights, and the other one being a member of the Yonkos.
When he woke up, he was in the body of a three-year-old, to make sure that he would not have to experience being a toddler, and now, after seven years of being in Alubarna, he decided to escape the capital to explore more of the desert, as he read that there's a hidden treasure under the sands from the legends within the library of the castle.
"I wonder what the treasure under the sands is, maybe it was the place where Luffy, Zoro, and Chopper fell through and I just need to explore more," Sinbad thought, as the Alabasta Arc did not focus on the Alabasta kingdom, but on the mission of them saving it at the hands of Crocodile.

As Sinbad continued walking, he was slowly disturbing the sands that he was walking on, until he reached to the place where the sand is lose and it started sinking, Sinbad then jumped towards the sand that was not affected by the incoming sinkhole, and then watched it happen, after a few minutes, the sands stop moving, and it revealed a hole from a place buried by the sands who knows how long ago, this made Sinbad grin as it was exactly what he was looking for, so he immediately jumped towards the hole and explored the infrastructure under the sand.
What Sinbad immediately saw were the ruins underground, as it seems like it was an ancient city that was abandoned and forgotten by the time, Sinbad then started exploring, as he took out the blind fold that he was wearing, as he wanted to observe everything that this underground city have to offer, something that he was excited to explore.

Meanwhile, as Sinbad was exploring the hidden ruins, Alubarna was visited by a mysterious figure who was wearing some kind of military uniform with a different color scheme. The most notable thing about the appearance of the person was his strange hairstyle, as it was very tall and pointed upwards.
If Sinbad were here, he would immediately recognize the figure as the Supreme Commander of the God's Knights—and his father—Figarland Garling. He was here in Alubarna for a simple matter: it was about Sinbad. He had heard that his offspring with a member of the Nefertari family—a family he looked down upon as they chose to live among the scum—had become fascinated by one of their members, as he could feel something different in that person.
The fascination was strong enough that he and that person had a temporary romantic relationship before he was called back to the Holy Land. He tried to persuade Sinbad's mother to come with him, but she did not accept, citing that her ancestor, Nefertari Lily, did not join them on the Red Line—so who was she to defy her wishes? This made Garling angry, as it was the last time they had talked.
The last time Garling heard from this person was that she had died due to childbirth. It was the offspring that he had with that person, and now, he was going to make that child come with him, as he had heard of the great talent and reputation of his son, believing that he would not grow stronger if he remained surrounded by a bunch of weaklings in the underworld-like Alabasta. He must be surrounded by those like him—Celestial Blood—and see if he truly had the talent to become a member of his God's Knights.
