On Hiruzen's movement, his Anbu and some of the Sarutobi and Shimura clan members also began making a move. They were largely scared by the carnage Katsuro caused, and his intimidating presence, but most of them were still Shinobi who had fought on the front lines, no matter how much easier those positions were. They moved to support their leader, but in their response, all the Senju clan and even Uzumaki clan members immediately moved to intercept. Despite their opponent's significant numbers advantage, they were not afraid to stand before them for their leader, a feat which surprised many of their opponents, especially seeing the Uzumaki's clan's reaction. It showed those present the effect Katsuro had on his people.
The other clans and shinobi saw the tense stand off and did not support either side. It was quite clear from recent events that Katsuro was in the right, but he had not taken the correct process - he had used unauthorised force within the village. But at the same time he was someone who had brought them victory across numerous battlefields, reinforced and strived to correct all the detrimental secrets and actions within the village, and many owed their lives to him.
As such, many leaned towards siding with Katsuro over their Hokage. Clans like the trio Ino-Shiko-Cho clans had historically been very close to the Senju, and Katsuro could see they were willing to back them up to stop a fight if it came down to it. Even Jiraiya and Orochimaru, who had arrived later, made no move to support their teacher, clearly aware of Danzo's 'darkness' more than most.
But to most people's surprise, Fugaku and the Uchiha directly made a move. They moved slowly but firmly, calmly striding over to the side of the Senju. Fugaku looked back at Katsuro, who at this point was already facing the Hokage. Katsuro smiled at the Uchiha's movement.
"No, let me fight this one." It wasn't clear who he was speaking to, Kaito or Fugaku, but they both got the message and stood firm like walls between would-be imposters.
Hiruzen, who had been confident that his attack would be aided by the rest of the clan leaders and members, not just the Sarutobi and Shimura clansmen, had been quick to attack Katsuro in order to save Danzo. But, as he briefly looked behind, he realised he was sorely mistaken. He turned to see that the rest of the clans remained still, some of the leaders even looking towards Katsuro, as if they wanted to join him. But worst of all, as he looked back ahead, he saw Fugaku, leading the Uchiha, stopping beside Katsuro, and turning to face the Hokage and shinobi following him.
THAT BRAT! Hiruzen was furious. He couldn't understand why Fugaku, who he had previously tried to influence and insincerely build relations with, would turn on him, especially at a time like this. They were essentially allying themselves with a traitor labelled by the Hokage, in front of the rest of the Leaf's clan leaders and the Hokage himself. Their anti-Uchiha policies were coming back to bite them now at the worst time. Nonetheless, Hiruzen realised couldn't back down now, as he had already pulled together such a large force. As he continued pacing towards Katsuro, he had expected that the Senju leader would release Danzo, or at least loosen his grip. However, much to his annoyance, Katsuro only extended his cold, sinister smile and squeezed on Danzo's neck even harder.
Hiruzen was waiting for Katsuro to back down - hoping he wouldn't have to fight, because he knew deep down how it would go. However, after a few seconds of pacing around the Senju Patriarch, who gave no reaction, the Hokage could not wait any longer, seeing Danzo about to pass out. Hiruzen rushed towards Katsuro, as the forces behind him faced each other. To his surprise, the Windbreaker finally let go of the now immobile Danzo, throwing him behind him with a lack of care. Heh, an opportunity like this does not come so easily, I can beat the crap out of the Hokage and still have the upper hand.
"Give up Katsuro!" Hiruzen called across as he lunged forward seeing Katsuro's smirk widen.
Seeing the challenge, Hiruzen stripped away his Hokage formal attire, revealing his battle armour and helm underneath and surged forward crying out: "Earth Style: Earth Dragon Bullet!" From the ground, emerged a mud-dragon, and from its mouth, shot out hundreds of bullet-shaped mud bullets. Along with this, the Professor used Fire Style to ignite the mud bullets, creating hundreds of deadly, searing projectiles that flew towards Katsuro at amazing speeds. Of course, Hiruzen made sure to not hit Danzo behind him, but Katsuro easily managed to subdue the attack, his speed could have easily allowed him to dodge it, but he instead used his sword which with the help of the wind chakra easily sliced through and deflected the projectiles, and ended with the mud dragon sliced in half down the middle.

The Senju Patriarch puffed out his chest before using Fire Style: Dragon Fire Jutsu causing a blazing trail of fire to erupt from his mouth, forming the shape of a dragon, shooting straight at the Hokage, who struggled to keep up with the velocity and magnitude of the Jutsu. However, he was still the Third Hokage, and by no means would be an opponent whom Katsuro could expect to overcome easily. Hiruzen countered the flames using Water Style: Water Wall, intercepting the Jutsu and creating a huge steam cloud above them clearly showing his expertise in the five nature transformations. The nearby shinobi backed away, seeing the magnitude of the fight. This back and forth between the two continued relentlessly, with both Katsuro and Hiruzen refusing to back down, but the difference was obvious. While the Hokage seemed to be fighting seriously, giving it everything he had, Katsuro seemed to be acting almost leisurely. He wasn't even using any of his stronger Jutsu having dismissed his parameter enhancers, not even the Flying Raijin was being actively used. Having grown older, his chakra and natural physique had enhanced compared to before allowing him to go toe to toe with the Hokage without relying on his special cards. To those watching, what they had known was being confirmed, but seeing it was even worse than they had imagined. Katsuro was fighting the Third where he excelled, and competed easily, if it continued as it were Katsuro would win off his chakra reserves alone. But soon, this fight of exchanging Jutsu's was broken, when Katsuro soon got bored of only relying on Ninjutsu to defeat the Hokage.
He rushed forwards with the Shunpo, drawing his blade once more. Hiruzen, seeing Katsuro's movements, quickly reacted and produced a Shadow Clone of himself, which proceeded to engage Katsuro, buying some time for the Hokage, who placed the palm of his hands on the ground.
"Summoning Jutsu: Monkey King Enma!"
As Katsuro quickly caused the shadow clone of burst in a small plume of smoke, another puff of dust erupted from where the Professor had placed his hands, and a being with such a large chakra presence that made even Katsuro slow down and recalculate, emerged as the smoke dissipated, revealing a tall, muscular fierce-looking monkey with a Leaf forehead protector.
