Training Ground 77.
"Teach them something new to make up for their shortcomings, right?" Satoru heard this, stroked his chin, and then looked at the three people training hard below.
Neji, Tenten, and Lee are all exceptionally talented individuals. Collecting their genetic information during training to enrich the information database wouldn't be bad.
Neji has the Byakugan, so his genetic information must be unique. Tenten has spatial-temporal and Ninja Tool talents, and Lee's, by the way… It's worth it, even if Might Guy doesn't intend to pay anything.
Maybe he could even trick Might Guy into letting him examine his body.
What he liked most was Might Guy's genes, a true Taijutsu genius.
A genius truly possessing formidable vitality was the reason Might Guy could endure that kind of training.
"That's right. I can only teach combat experience, Taijutsu, Shuriken, and such. There are some things I really can't teach, and I feel a bit bad about it," Might Guy said.
Mainly, it was a waste of talent, failing to better develop his disciples' abilities.
Satoru: "No problem! Coincidentally, my new Ninjutsu has just been completed, so I can use it for an experiment to see how much it helps in cultivation!"
"…You developed a new Ninjutsu again?" Might Guy's eyes widened, his face filled with disbelief.
Every now and then, Satoru would give him a surprise—no, it was more like a shock.
Kakashi was a genius, yet he only developed one Chidori. Satoru truly refreshed Might Guy's worldview.
He remembered the Taijutsu and Ninjutsu that Satoru used during their previous sparring sessions, gushing out as if they cost nothing.
Satoru spread his hands: "Developing Ninjutsu is actually not difficult; it's just like your Taijutsu. It just takes time to ponder, it's quite simple."
"Hmm, tell them to get ready, prepare several sets of clothes. I'll teach them something and check their bodies, too. I'm afraid your teaching methods might put a heavy load on them."
Satoru said.
"I understand what you mean, but you underestimate me too much. I have secret medicines; how could I let their bodies bear too much burden?" Might Guy said, then jumped down.
Whoosh!
"Nonsense, of course I know you have secret medicines! This is just an excuse!"
Satoru chuckled inwardly.
How could Might Guy's training not involve secret medicines? Did he really think that by relying on talent alone, one could produce a Maito Dai, then a Might Guy, and then a Rock Lee?
That's not how geniuses are born.
Aside from talent, Might Guy also researched secret medicines beneficial to the body.
Or rather, all Ninjas with resources had secret medicine components in their bodies, including himself.
His Taijutsu training also involved specialised secret medicines to supplement his body, but everyone's secret medicines were different.
Due to the Genjutsu of Phantoms, he mostly supplemented nutrition, providing nourishment to his body.
However, Might Guy and his team had to consider much more: supplementing nutrition, recovering from physical fatigue, healing hidden injuries, and frequently undergoing check-ups at Konoha Hospital.
But an excuse was still necessary… hmph hmph ha he!
Bang bang went two punches.
Lee was grappling with a wooden stake.
"Alright, my beloved disciples, today's passionate youth ends here."
Might Guy appeared, interrupting their training.
Lee paused, then asked, "But Teacher Guy, we've only trained for a little while today. Are we going on a mission?"
Compared to mission training, he preferred this kind of training, as it allowed his body to grow stronger.
Neji: "Is it Captain Satoru? Does Teacher Guy have something to say?"
Tenten: "You mean Captain Satoru, the one who said girls like us could also become Hokage?
Where is he?"
She looked around but didn't see anyone.
He was a celebrity in Konoha, just like Copy Ninja Kakashi. She wanted to get an autograph.
Mainly, his recognition of girls gave her immense motivation to surpass Lady Tsunade and become Konoha's first Hokage.
"Hahaha, that's right. This time I invited him to teach you something new. He's an Omnipotence Ninja of Konoha, you know," Might Guy explained.
"It's Satoru sensei! That's great!" Lee exclaimed, even more excited.
Ever since his initial question was affirmed by Satoru sensei, he became even more convinced that even without Ninjutsu, one could become an excellent Ninja.
Especially after meeting Teacher Guy, he felt that Satoru sensei truly didn't lie.
"Alas, Lee, you make me so sad, boo hoo X﹏X." Might Guy cried with tears streaming down his face.
"Teacher Guy…"
"Lee…"
"So, what do we need to do?" Neji asked, speechless.
"Go back and prepare a few sets of clothes, then gather. Hmm, it's twelve noon now, so let's meet back here at twelve-thirty," Might Guy calculated the time and said.
"Yes, Teacher Guy."
Whoosh whoosh!
Time was short. Although they didn't know what training had to do with clothes, they still listened to their teacher.
Might Guy crossed his arms and shouted in Satoru's direction: "Satoru, what kind of training is this?"
He had just remembered that he forgot to ask.
"Courage training, and a benefit for the young lads," Satoru replied.
To collect information for the Contact Evolution Ninjutsu, he had also developed a Genjutsu useful for training.
A Ninjutsu that he, in his current state, could use with ease.
"Courage training?" Might Guy was puzzled.
They already learned this at the Ninja School; was it still necessary?
How could a Ninja not train their courage?
He completely forgot the embarrassing situation where his butt hit the ground when facing the Seven Ninja Swordsmen… "What kind of training will it be?" Tenten returned home, began organising her clothes, and pondered.
It definitely wouldn't be Taijutsu training; Teacher Guy would teach that, so there was no need to invite someone else.
It also wouldn't be Genjutsu training, as there was no need to prepare clothes for that. So what exactly was it?
Then, looking at the many clothes before her, she unrolled a scroll and sealed them all inside.
"Prepare a little more; you never know when it might come in handy."
…"I'm really looking forward to Satoru sensei's training. I heard Iruka sensei is his disciple. If he can teach such an excellent disciple, he must be able to teach us well, too," Lee thought as he organised his clothes at home.
He was very much looking forward to the unknown training… "That man has grown stronger again." Hyuga Neji remembered the Chakra he had just seen; it had become much stronger compared to two years ago.
He didn't hold much hope for Satoru's teaching, because the Hyuga Clan was Konoha's largest clan, possessing a complete Ninjutsu education system.
Their clan's Ninjutsu was also unique in Konoha. Other Ninjas' teachings would only be useful to him in areas like physical strength, traps, and Shuriken.
But he still followed his teacher's instructions… Soon, the three had prepared their clothes and returned to the training ground.
By then, Might Guy and Satoru were already waiting, accompanied by a giant flying eagle, as large as a house.
