"A black door…" Azrael said in a serious tone. "We saw the people of the security forces and the Transcendent Organization working together, draining the blood of the recently kidnapped victims onto a strange black door."
"Draining their blood…" Mira frowned at Azrael's words, and suddenly, she recalled the bizarre phenomenon that had appeared earlier.
When she connected it with the blood-soaked, corpse-filled environment of the Ancient Ruins, a dreadful thought formed in her mind.
'Is it possible that the strange phenomenon from earlier is somehow related to these ruins?' She wondered, before quickly asking.
"What happened then?"
"Seeing the kidnapped people being treated like animals, we wanted to save them, but the three of us had no way to face the combined forces of the Transcendent Organization and the security forces, so all we could do was watch silently." Azrael paused for a moment, then sighed before continuing.
