Chapter 130 - Chapter 130: Abducting Majin Buu

"Hm?" Levos's eyes shifted to the crystal ball. "Why is it him?"

Following Kibito's gaze, he saw a tall figure with pale red skin flying at high speed.

"I recognize him. That's Dabura, King of the Demon Realm!" Kibito's tone brimmed with excitement. "No one from the Dark Demon Realm is good news. Let's go eliminate him right now!"

Back on Earth, Dabura had ambushed Levos, Bulma, and the others he'd even petrified Android 16 with a single spit.

To this day, Android 16 remained in that state, his body preserved in the Lookout by Dende.

Killing Dabura would break the spell and restore Android 16.

And now, with Levos's current power, killing Dabura would be easier than squashing a bug. The gap between them was enormous.

"Wait. Someone's chasing him," Levos narrowed his eyes.

Kibito froze, quickly expanding the search radius in the crystal ball.

"It's... Majin Buu?!" Kibito gasped, his voice trembling.

In his memory, Majin Buu was a monster beyond reckoning. Five million years ago, even the Grand Supreme Kai had been absorbed by him.

"Relax," Levos said calmly. "Majin Buu is strong, but compared to the three Dark Ones, he's still nothing."

Kibito looked uncertain. "Are you sure you can handle him?"

Levos nodded with confidence. "Of course."

"So, are we heading there to deal with them right now?" Kibito asked.

Levos stared at the crystal ball in deep thought.

A moment later, he made his decision. "I plan to subdue them first."

"You're not going to absorb them directly?" Kibito looked puzzled.

Levos shook his head slightly. "Dabura has valuable intel. I want to interrogate him first. If he won't cooperate, I can always absorb him later."

He paused, then added, "And Majin Buu… he's connected to something else."

Majin Buu still carried remnants of the Grand Supreme Kai's personality, and Merus had the ability to temporarily awaken it.

In other words, the Grand Supreme Kai still lived, in a way.

Buu wasn't entirely evil at least, not in his current state.

"What is it?" Kibito asked curiously.

"The Galactic Patrol is hunting a terrifying fugitive. One of their elite agents is planning to use Majin Buu's power to defeat that enemy."

"I see!" Kibito exclaimed. Then he frowned. "But do you have a way to control them?"

Levos raised an eyebrow. "Of course. Let's move."

The two vanished from the forest and reappeared directly in Dabura's path.

The Demon King was fleeing fast, clearly trying to escape whatever was chasing him.

But the moment he looked up and saw them, he froze mid-air.

He came to a screeching halt, his expression turning grim.

"What do you want?!" Dabura demanded.

Levos didn't waste time. His figure disappeared and reappeared in front of Dabura, landing a punch square in his chest.

Boom!

Dabura slammed into the ground, raising a cloud of dust.

"You dare strike me?!" Dabura roared, his body igniting in crimson flames as he shot skyward.

But to Kibito's surprise, Dabura didn't attack. He turned tail and fled into the distance.

Levos raised an eyebrow. Dabura had witnessed the might of Cell Max back on Earth. Fighting him now would be suicide. Running was a smart choice.

But Levos had no intention of letting him go. With a flicker, he intercepted Dabura mid-air and sent him crashing down with a powerful kick.

Boom!

Another crater formed where Dabura hit the ground.

"Don't try to run. Or I'll kill you," Levos said coldly.

Just then, Majin Buu arrived on the scene.

The moment he saw Levos, steam hissed from the holes in his body, shrieking like a boiling kettle.

"I hate you!" Buu bellowed, his chubby face twisted with fury.

It seemed there had been a misunderstanding during Ginyu's brief possession of the Cell Max body, he had pummeled Buu senseless.

Levos sighed. "That wasn't me who hurt you."

"Oh-ho-ho! I know that. But I don't care! I'm hungry. I'm gonna eat you now!" Buu pointed his antenna forward.

Zzzz

A pink magic beam shot toward Levos.

Not wanting to risk getting hit by Buu's mysterious magic, Levos sidestepped easily.

"Majin Buu, you said you're hungry, right? If you come with me, I'll give you all the delicious food you want." His voice was calm and steady.

Buu blinked. "Really? You're not lying?"

"Promise."

"Hmm... I know you're stronger than me. Let me eat first, then we'll have a good fight! Fighting strong people is fun!" Buu grinned and squinted his eyes.

"Deal," Levos agreed readily.

Majin Buu instantly brightened up and waddled to Levos's side.

Kibito was stunned.

The legendary Majin Buu… was tricked this easily?

Levos shot Kibito a look he knew exactly what he was thinking.

Majin Buu wasn't stupid. He was simple.

Ever since absorbing the Grand Supreme Kai, Buu's personality had changed dramatically. He acted on whims and saw killing and destruction as entertainment.

But that was the result of Bibidi's constant manipulation and twisted teachings.

After eons under such influence, it was a miracle Buu hadn't turned out worse.

In the original timeline, Buu was eventually reformed by Mr. Satan, agreeing not to kill or destroy anymore.

Unfortunately, when two scumbags shot his dog and attacked Mr. Satan, Buu's rage exploded splitting into Good Buu and Evil Buu.

Evil Buu absorbed his good half, becoming Super Buu and nearly wiping out the Earth.

But now, Levos saw a different possibility.

With proper guidance, Earth could gain another powerful ally.

Though Buu's current strength was relatively low, his miraculous healing ability was invaluable at this stage.

And boosting his power was simple just absorb stronger opponents.

Sure, it would influence his personality slightly, but his core self would remain dominant.

As long as Buu could be trusted, Levos had plenty of ways to help him grow stronger.

For instance, letting him absorb Fusion Zamasu, Frieza, King Cold...

But for now, Levos couldn't fully trust him yet.

He'd need to carefully guide Buu, observing how his personality evolved.

With that thought, Levos stopped pondering and dove down, yanking Dabura up by the collar.

Seeing Majin Buu obediently follow Levos like a child, the last traces of rebellion in Dabura's heart melted like snow under the sun.

"Don't kill me. I won't run again," Dabura said weakly.

Levos narrowed his eyes. "Kibito, let's return to the Lookout."
