On the podium, Langga folded his arms, still smiling politely.
"Vania Shereen," he asked mildly, "do you think I'll grant that request?"
Vania stiffened slightly.
After all, Langga wasn't just any professor— he was one of the youngest and most talented in the academy. She couldn't just shout demands at him… she needed a reason.
Vania cleared her throat softly. "I'm sure Professor will approve my request. In my opinion, a team should have balance and equality.
We don't need someone who isn't on the same level, it'll disrupt the team's harmony. And as the leader, I'll have a hard time keeping things running normally."
"What kind of balance and equality are you referring to?" Langga asked, sounding genuinely curious.
His calm tone gave Vania the confidence to speak more boldly, letting her true nature show. "What I mean is simple— strong ones should be with the strong, and the weak should stay with the weak. Only then can real balance exist."
