Chapter 286 - Space’s Situation

Inside the dimensional home, everyone —except Ares— and the guests gathered in the front hall.

Each person sat on a wooden chair with an armchair carved with intricate patterns. They were the new chairs Hilda had bought.

Agus placed a tiny purple crystal on the table. It was so small that anyone would miss it if they didn't look carefully.

"This is a defective crystal ring," Agus said. "It functions almost like a normal crystal ring, except this one can only transmit sound— and you can't control when it stops or which crystal it connects to."

"Kinda like a mic used for spying," Gara muttered instinctively.

"I don't know what 'mic' means," Agus replied, "but I also suspected someone might be trying to spy on you with this. The question is… who?"

"Maybe the druid side already heard about me, or—" Gara stopped himself. The next person he suspected was Langga.

He couldn't say that aloud. Not when he had no real proof. Not when Agus would definitely ask why.
