Serena's pretty face was solemn at this moment, as she carefully examined the magnificent Pokémon she had never seen before.
If she remembered correctly, it should be part of the Ultra Beast sequence newly added to the Pokédex previously?
Serena had naturally seen an Ultra Beast for the first time, but as a brand-new Pokémon, she had seen reports and specifically sought out videos introducing Ultra Beasts to watch.

Even normal damage moves, as long as they hit Pheromosa, would definitely be a huge blow.
Because Pheromosa is such a 'fragile' glass cannon.
And Altaria… how can it possibly fight Pheromosa?
Flying-type moves are indeed very effective against Pheromosa; a single hit would likely render Pheromosa unable to battle.
But the key is, you have to be able to hit it.
Moreover, there's a very important point: how can Altaria's attack strength possibly contend with Pheromosa?
"Mr. Mammon, what you're saying is just an ideal outcome."

The battle began.
Serena first had Altaria attack, after all, type advantage was absolute. Pheromosa's STAB Fighting and Bug-type moves were all not very effective against Altaria, so what was there to fear?
Altaria first used Hurricane, a very strong Flying-type special attack move.
A powerful storm swept down.
"Blizzard!"
But Platinum directly had Pheromosa confront it head-on.
Pheromosa's face revealed a human-like stern malice and disdain. It swung its right leg heavily, and an even more violent Blizzard surged out.
It collided heavily with Hurricane in mid-air, and then, to Serena's shocked expression.
Pheromosa's Blizzard powerfully overwhelmed Hurricane, and its remaining force continued to assault Altaria.

"Altaria! Dodge!" Serena ordered in surprise.
Altaria immediately flapped its wings, trying to dodge, but it was too rushed, there wasn't enough time at all.
Blizzard directly engulfed Altaria, and the biting frost and cold wind fiercely impacted Altaria's body.
Everyone was saying Pheromosa was x4 weak to Flying, but in reality, Altaria was also x4 weak to Ice!

The Blizzard roared past, and Altaria, covered in frost, fell limply, crashing heavily onto the ground.

Mr. Mammon announced the battle result.

And equally lost in thought was Serena on the field, looking at her fainted Altaria, her expression unable to calm down for a long time.

And at the bottom of a crater, Meowstic had already fainted.
With Pheromosa's super-effective Knock Off and Lunge, how could Meowstic's frail body possibly endure it?
"Meowstic is unable to battle, Pheromosa wins."
Mr. Mammon announced the battle result again.
Silently recalling Meowstic, Serena looked down at the Poké Ball of Meowstic in her hand, her lips tightly pressed together.

Serena looked at the Pheromosa and Platinum opposite her, but she clearly felt that she should be very strong.
Was the opponent too strong? But Platinum and she were clearly the same age.
