"Quickly, dodge to the left!"
Dai Lui shouted at Loth after spotting an incoming arrow. The projectile was almost as tall as a teenage child.
Loth swiftly maneuvered the Sunsoar to the left, his gaze fixed sharply ahead as he continued flying towards the Titans' camp.
"If you're going to shoot someone, now's the best time!"
Dai Lui turned to Lu Sheng, gripping his seat tightly.
"There might still be more of them hiding out there. We should force them all to reveal themselves before I take action."
Lu Sheng replied, keeping track of the ambushers as they continued firing volleys of arrows at them.
"Force them out? At this rate, we'll be wrecked before that happens!"
Dai Lui wasn't optimistic about their chances of flushing out their hidden opponents before being taken down themselves.
"Have faith in Loth. He's the best at what he does."
Lu Sheng said as another arrow whizzed past their Sunsoar.
Glancing at the rider, Dai Lui exhaled and decided to trust him.
"Slippery bastards!"
Wuxin cursed as he pursued the Sunsoar, continuously firing arrows at it.
"At this rate, they'll reach the Titans' camp!"
A red-haired elf said as she flew alongside the hero of the Tahan Kingdom, shooting arrows at their target.
"Not if he attacks."
Wuxin replied as the distance between them and the Sunsoar continued to grow.
A couple of seconds after he spoke, a gigantic, hundred-meter-tall Kobold appeared in front of the Sunsoar and swung his fist at it.
"What the fûck...?"
Dai Lui was dumbfounded as the mountainous Kobold's fist filled his entire field of vision.
"I can't dodge it!"
Loth realized as the Kobold's fist rapidly closed in on the Sunsoar.
"He finally revealed himself."
Lu Sheng said as he emerged from the gun port. He quickly switched the laser cannon to a different firing mode before gripping its spade-shaped handle.
!!
A deafening beam burst from the cannon and slammed into Sakomo's fist.
Boom!!
The air trembled as the colossal fist was forced to a halt.
"Now's our chance!"
Loth swiftly maneuvered the Sunsoar past Sakomo's fist and continued towards their destination.
Meanwhile, Lu Sheng turned the laser cannon towards their pursuers and fired at the approaching fist once more.
Boom!!
"How can they possibly possess such a weapon?"
Trisha couldn't believe that their Epic-tier Advance Grade hero had failed to stop the Sunsoar.
"We made it! We fûcking made it!"
Dai Lui shouted excitedly as he threw his arms around Lu Sheng.
"You can let me go now."
Lu Sheng pushed the excited man away, holding him at arm's length.
"Thank you."
From inside the cockpit, Loth expressed his gratitude to Lu Sheng.
"Just doing my duty."
Lu Sheng replied, his eyes still scanning their surroundings for any potential threats.
Before long, they caught sight of the battle involving all four kingdoms.
"Not even these additional weapons can turn the tide."
Dai Lui muttered as he watched a Tahan, a Kobold, and an Elf gang up on a Titan. The same three-against-one scenario was unfolding across the entire battlefield.
"We should deliver our goods and leave."
Lu Sheng said as the Sunsoar drew closer to the Titans' camp.
Remembering his lord's earlier message, he decided to report their situation.
[My lord, we've successfully escaped the ambush and arrived at our destination. However, there's little hope of the Titans emerging victorious. The Tahan Kingdom and the Nether Bark Kingdom have joined forces with the Flame Spirit Kingdom to fight against the Titan Kingdom.]
.
Back in Blazing Sun City, Zhou Zhou strolled through the streets, illuminated by glowing orbs beneath the brilliant night sky.
"I wonder if all the stars are actually Godspirits."
He muttered before receiving Dai Lui's message.
"It seems the Titans' actions have frightened them quite a bit."
"I can't continue with the original plan anymore. With Abel, I should be able to pull off that move."
Having devised an alternative plan, Zhou Zhou realized that Abel's arrival and unique ability had provided the missing piece he needed.
"With his talent and the Dreamland Tower's effects, he should be able to contend with a Low god-tier Godspirit if he reaches the Intent State on his godhood path, surpassing the Will State."
Muttering to himself, he pondered for a while before deciding to send Abel to the tower.
"He should be able to endure ten years of continuous training on the fiftieth floor."
After assigning the task to the prodigy, Zhou Zhou explained why he needed Abel to comprehend his godhood path and reach the Intent State as soon as possible.
Upon reading his lord's message, Abel was stunned to learn that he might have to face a Godspirit.
"How could I possibly survive against a Godspirit?"
Having learned about Godspirits from his colleagues, he could only imagine how terrifying such beings must be.
"However, if my lord believes I can contend with a Low God-tier Godspirit by comprehending my godhood path and reaching the Intent State, then I must achieve it!"
He encouraged himself as he made his way towards the Dreamland Tower.
