After ensuring the relatives of the subjects in the temporary camp were all fed, Caitlyn immediately began the screening exercise.
"All those at the White platinum-tier and above should step to the right!"
Standing before the rescued relatives, she said aloud.
Sixteen people stepped aside at Caitlyn's call.
"Those above 40 and below the White platinum-tier should step to the left."
Caitlyn called out.
This time, more than half of the 186 relatives moved to the assigned location.
The next group of individuals were those below 20. They were requested to stand at the right, together with the White platinum-tier professionals.
Carrying out the final step of verifying if they'd any connection with criminal associations, Caitlyn oversaw the entire situation without leaving any room for error.
Taking an extra step, she checked out the loyalties of those who are eligible to live and work in Blazing Sun City.
Those found with a loyalty less than 80 weren't brought into the city and were left at the camp together with those who failed the screening.
At the end of the screening, only 31 people were brought into Blazing Sun City.
"The rest of you will make here your home until further notice."
Caitlyn announced to the remaining relatives of the subjects of the city before walking into the city.
Watching everything occur, Sheila quickly walked up to Caitlyn.
"It's not my place to say this, but won't it be better to create a town here to accommodate them and other visitors from outside the city?"
"It will also help other visitors relax a little without the constant supervision."
She smiled wearily at her last words.
Staring at the merchant for a while, Caitlyn replied.
"I will relay that to the vice lord."
.
"We should attack immediately! Once the Tahan Kingdom is conquered, the titans will definitely attack us!"
"That isn't true. We're allies with the Titan Kingdom, they wouldn't attack us."
"We only allied with the Titan Kingdom because we didn't want the Tahans and the Aurorans to loot their elemental gems! With both of them gone, we will be seen as the only threat to the titans!"
"Gagip is right. We should allie with the Tahan Kingdom to retrain the Titan Kingdom. They're already way stronger than us after obtaining the tiered weapons, we'll have nothing against them if they attack us!"
Listening to the cardinals and bishops arguing amongst themselves, Pope Cronin remained silent before turning towards his successor.
"What do you think we should do, Floyd?"
He asked him.
"Attack."
With just a word, Floyd replied.
"Assemble the holy army, we're going to war!"
Pope Cronin declared as he tapped the bottom of his scepter on the ground.
.
Exiting the battlefield, Zhou Zhou concluded his second match after returning from the break.
"Another connection?"
He felt another sensation after returning to the war-room.
He focused on it as a scene showing scarlet monsters and kobolds fighting against titans in a battlefield littered with blood and corpses.
"Does this mean the connection doesn't have to be friendly?"
Sensing that he could mark any of the kobold, he thought to himself.
Watching the scenes across the battlefield, he saw that the tahans and the kobolds were gradually gaining ground against the titans.
"This actually helps too. The titans will come back for more weapons after getting forced to retreat."
He retracted his focus after getting the general view of the war.
Still left with 43 ranking tries, he continued matching up.
.
A distance away from the battlefield of the 3 warring kingdoms, several scouts of neighboring kingdoms watched the battle with varying expressions and thoughts.
The most common was wariness towards the Titan Kingdom.
"I wonder who's so stupid to provide tiered weapons for the Titan Kingdom! They should be brutally executed!" [1]
"With tiered weapons, the titans are like tigers with wings!" [2]
"How the hell did those wild dogs get their hands on tiered weapons?!" [3]
"Sigh… Our Ice Demon Province is about to experience an upheaval." [4]
Mixed with the wariness against the titans was fury against the force that provided tiered weapons to them.
With their networks and spies, they knew the tiered weapons weren't produced by the titans, rather they were sold to them by an unknown organization.
"It seems someone is getting nosey towards our Province."
Floating a distance away, two Legendary-tier ice demons stared at the battlefield as they discussed.
"My guess is the Golden Hound Kingdom. They've been given permission from our superior to acquire the regions of their subsidiaries."
"Using that, they intend to encroach on the regions of our subsidiaries." [2]
"Hmph! If they think we're that weak, they're about to find out otherwise!" [1]
While the powerhouses of the Ice Demon Province were getting troubled and throwing blames at their colleagues, the real culprit was swiftly developing into a powerhouse.
And its lord busy increasing his ranking score in the myriad races lord battlefield.
