Rexid would feel ashamed if he knew I was thinking such thoughts after busting open the door and peeping at his naked body.
I knocked on the door and spoke as I cleared my mind and came to my senses.
“I’m really sorry. You’re dressed now, right? I’m coming in.”
Even though he had more than enough time to get dressed, there was no answer.
It seemed like he was furious.
“Y-you don’t want to see me at all? I’m sorry.”
However, grudges are bound to stick if they’re not resolved right away.
Resolving to apologize in person, I opened the door.
“Excuse me, Your Highness…”
Fortunately, Rexid was now dressed.
However, his face looked strange as he stood staring back at me.
I thought he would start yelling as soon as I entered, but for some reason, he looked rather confused instead.
He covered his left ear with one hand and frowned.
“…Your Highness? What’s wrong? Is something the matter?”
He was staring right at my lips.
