Daisy pulled back, wiping her tears, and smiled softly. "Let me officially introduce myself… My name is Daisy Sinclair, and I am your wife."
Theo returned the smile, warmth in his eyes. "Theo Kingsley, your husband…" He reached for her hand and held it gently. "I don't know exactly how we met… but I'm sure I'm not the type to marry someone carelessly."
Daisy furrowed her brows. "He didn't marry me carelessly… slightly manipulated, and, yup, full of schemes…" She smirked, and Theo chuckled.
"I mean… I'm always full of excuses. He must've fallen in love with you at first sight, too…" His hand instinctively brushed a strand of hair behind her ear.
"Ah! See! So it's Elias code again!" she exclaimed, pointing at him.
"Elias again?" Theo blinked in confusion. "Is my current me that bad you're comparing me to another man?"
