Andrew also left the office after them. He knew that his work here was done for now. He had planted the seed of defiance.
He had given the staff a cover story and a clear set of instructions. Because he did not know when those government agency people would actually show up to investigate. It could be hours or days. Although Andrew was also very surprised about the whole situation.
He could not understand why the government agencies were after them. As far as he knew all of their bank's legal papers were completely clean and in order.
Andrew came out of the bank. He did not go far. He went and sat in a nearby cafe across the street. He chose a small table by the window.
From there he could easily see the entrance of his bank and keep a close eye on it. He ordered a coffee and watched.
Andrew saw that the flow of people in and out of the bank was constant. Many people were coming and going from the bank one by one.
