Chapter 81 - Imbalanced fate

I would love to be able to say that we walked down the street. But phrasing it in this way, while correct, would be a lie by omission so great, it would be no different from a plain lie.

I walked down the street. That much was closer to the truth, albeit, if I wanted to be honest, I would have to claim I pushed myself down the street, gritting my teeth with every step I took.

Selia, on the other hand?

She was outright skipping, her mood as perfect as it could get and a wide smile on her face to show for it.

There were two reasons for the current, peculiar situation.

First, the obvious.

The three hours I've spent in bed with her as a subject to her cuddles left me strained, tired, and at the edge of my limit.

I could endure her lap pillow for a while, the sight of the bottom of her chest, her constant, intimate closeness… Heck, the years' worth of ASMR of worrying levels of degeneracy prepared me to endure even all the ear tickling, massaging, and rubbing!
