The Sentry (Robert Reynolds) without The Void and without his mental instability is one of the most powerful characters in Marvel Comics, potentially multiversal or higher depending on interpretation.
When Sentry has nothing to hold him back, he becomes something closer to a cosmic force of nature than a traditional superhero.
CORE POWERS (Enhanced)
Molecular Manipulation (High-Level) He can manipulate matter and energy at the molecular and atomic level. Reconstructed his own body after total annihilation. Can manipulate his form (intangibility, size-shifting, energy state).
Energy Projection & Absorption Emits massive amounts of light and energy capable of disintegrating matter and overpowering most opponents. Can absorb energy, including nuclear explosions and exotic energies.
Invulnerability & Regeneration Near-total invulnerability—survived planetary explosions, black holes, and high-tier attacks. Healing factor on a conceptual scale (can regenerate from being atomized).
Superhuman Strength (Limitless) "Power of a million exploding suns" is metaphorical, but implies strength rivalling cosmic entities. Overpowered characters like Thor, Hulk, and even molecules in time/space.

Manipulated his own soul, essence, and conceptual form, effectively making him immortal in a metaphysical sense.
NO VOID = PURE HEROIC POTENTIAL
Without The Void (his evil, destructive persona), Sentry is not only stable but hyper-efficient and altruistic. His full power can be channelled toward creation, healing, protection, and dimensional balance, making him less of a chaotic force and more of a living cosmic guardian.
WITHOUT MENTAL ILLNESS
No agoraphobia, memory gaps, or psychotic episodes. Clear judgment, tactical thinking, and responsible use of power. Could theoretically rival beings like Living Tribunal, Franklin Richards, or even Eternity if he continues growing without internal limitation.

What is Outerversal?
Outerversal is a term mostly used in vs battles, power scaling, and fiction analysis communities. It doesn't originate from official comic, anime, or game terminology, but it's used to describe a level of existence beyond all dimensions, including time and space.
An Outerversal being is:
Completely beyond dimensional structures (beyond 3D, 4D, 5D, etc.).
Not bound by space, time, causality, or logic as we know it.
Exists outside or above the concept of reality itself.
Often described as transcendent to entire multiverses, omniverses, or conceptual structures like creation, death, existence, etc.
Transcendence: Exists on a higher metaphysical level.
Conceptual Existence: Embodies or manipulates concepts like "existence," "nothingness," "truth."
Narrative Authority: May function as an author, reader, or metafictional entity.
Irrelevance of Space/Time: These beings don't interact with space or time—they exist without or outside of them.
NOTE: Mc has the potential to become a Outerversal being, this does not imply that he was immediately granted this power. It can take 10 years or 100 years or maybe 1000 years to reach that potential.
Personality: Mc is not a heroic or self-righteous man who just go around saving anyone. His genuine care will be only for his future friends or potential allies.
He will not go and save the world because he can, instead he will slowly build up his own Empire just like Emperor of Mankind, but in his own image.
He is just a man with God-level power who wants to live his life away from the chaos.
Note: I am thinking of building this story just like Warhammer 40k, instead of God Emperor-Neoth, Mc with Sentry's power in One piece world will begin to build his own Imperium, his own original Primarchs and his own original SpaceMarines.

Location: Could be hidden within a secluded island in the New World, possibly even in a dimensional fold only Mc can access.
Philosophy: A divine empire not based on mercy or tyranny, but order, progress, and evolution.
Godlike Perception: Mc doesn't view pirates, marines, or Celestial Dragons as worth engaging—only threats or potential tools.
Primarch System (Custom)
Inspired by 40k's Primarchs, these could be Mc's original children, genetically engineered disciples, or souls reborn.
Number: Might start with 12, then expand to 20 or more.
Themes: Each could be based on aspects of Mc's power or philosophy (Creation, Judgment, War, Logic, Loyalty, Betrayal, etc.)
Creation: Could be forged using fragments of Mc's molecular essence and altered by environmental conditions or philosophical indoctrination.
Potential Conflict: Just like in 40k, some could fall, betray, or splinter off with their own interpretations of Mc's ideals.
Space Marines Equivalent
Astral Legionnaires or Void Paladins: Hyper-evolved post-humans built using Mc's molecular manipulation and advanced technology.
Could utilize Seastone, Dials, Devil Fruits, or Voidmetal (a new material introduced by Mc) in their armour and weaponry.
Ranks & Orders: Similar to Astartes chapters—each under a Primarch or representing an aspect of Mc's vision.
Power Progression: Outerversal Potential
As Mc slowly unlocks his potential, he can travel to different fiction Worlds.
Encounters outer worldly beings who will try to stop Mc from entering into their Domain.
Begins forging his empire not just in the material plane, but across narrative layers (metaphysical realms, memories, dream realms, etc.).
Think of it like this- Mc is reborn in the middle of the God Valley incident—unnoticed, perhaps in hiding—but leaves with forbidden knowledge or something even the Celestial Dragons fear. Then he saves a child from Celestial slavery and evolves into his first "Son"—genetically and ideologically. After building his Imperium and conquering the One-Piece verse, he travels to different worlds but somehow fragments of the old Sentry's Void emerge as independent "chaos-like" entities—reflecting despair, fear, hunger, etc.
