Nathaniel's POV
I couldn't stop thinking about Juliana's cryptic message. What did she mean about her identity? And why did she need Griffin Rocky's help instead of mine?
The thought of her turning to another man made my jaw clench involuntarily.
"Sir, I have that information you requested," Raymond said, knocking on my office door.
"Come in," I replied, straightening in my chair.
Raymond placed a folder on my desk. "Everything on Griffin Rocky, as requested."
I flipped through the pages, scanning the details of the man who had somehow earned Juliana's trust when I couldn't.
"Impressive credentials," I muttered reluctantly. Tech genius, MIT graduate, multiple patents.
Then I spotted it. A section on his personal life.
"Known womanizer," I read aloud. "Serial dater with no relationships lasting longer than three months."
A bitter smile crossed my face. So the white knight had flaws after all.
"Is there anything else you need, sir?" Raymond asked.
