Chapter 8 - Power Profile — Kael Reyes After the Celestial Blast

I made this chapter just in case you guys are curious about how strong he is at the moment.

*******************************************************

Core Stats & Resistances

Cosmic-Tier Durability

He survived a direct beam from a First-Host Celestial—no D-list dodge, this was straight-up cosmic energy meant to obliterate planets.

Now he's immune to standard energy blasts (fire, lightning, repulsor rays) and gains rapid healing if he takes any residual damage.

Enhanced Reactive Evolution

Before he adapted to blunt trauma and beast attacks; now he auto-evolves to resist cosmic & psionic energies too.

Next time a magic user or telepath tries to melt his brain or body, he'll return even stronger.

Peak Human +

Strength: effortlessly stomps 10-ton+ creatures (think: brutal Deviant warlord) without breaking a sweat.

Speed/Reflexes: can dodge heavy artillery fire or insane energy beams—moves blur-fast compared to even elite super-soldiers.

Endurance: can run miles through the jungle with zero fatigue, then jump into battle straight away.

Mental Fortitude

Telepaths (including beginner-level mutants) get bounced off him—chaos magic or mind hacks simply don't stick.

He keeps 100% of his personality and memories, no "getting lost in the void" BS.

⚔️ Combat Tier

Street Level → Cosmic Level: He went from "strongest guy in the tribe" to "threat the Celestials won't casually delete."

One-Man Army: Can solo a battalion of Deviants or raptors, shrug off temple-scale energy beams, and keep walking.

Battle IQ: Each fight super-charges his instincts; his tactical awareness is now off the charts.

💡 What This Means for the Apex Legion

Front-Line Unbreakable Shield: No force on Earth—be it Hydra tanks, Skrull armies, or rogue magic cults—can cut through him. He's your human-looking fortress.

TL;DR

Kael's now in the upper echelon of Marvel power-tiers—right alongside heavy hitters like Thor or a fully-pumped Hulk—except he's got the bonus of never losing his mind or soul.
