Chapter 204 - First Class

After discussing with Uchiha Itachi, Kitazawa did not go to the mission hall to accept a mission, but went directly to the Hokage Office.

"Come in." Sarutobi Hiruzen heard the knock and casually put away his crystal ball.

"Hokage-sama." Kitazawa pushed the door open and entered.

"It's Kitazawa." Sarutobi Hiruzen saw him and asked with a smile, "Isn't today the registration day? Why do you have time to come see me?"

"Registration has ended. I came to report on the Genius Class's situation."

Kitazawa paused, then began to talk about the Genius Class's Chakra attribute groupings, teacher assignments, and so on.

"I am very much looking forward to the performance of the Genius Class students after they graduate." Hiruzen said with a chuckle, "With your teaching methods, they will probably have strength close to Chunin as soon as they graduate."

Kitazawa nodded slightly.

Being able to learn the Basic Three E-rank Techniques makes one a Genin. While the standard for Chunin is a bit higher, it's not much higher; mastering one or two low-level Elemental Release Ninjutsu is sufficient.

Of course, this refers to the most ordinary Chunin. Although they are all Chunin, the difference between the upper and lower limits is huge, and the same applies to Genin and Jonin.

"Hokage-sama, I have another idea." Kitazawa bowed slightly and said, "We could add a mentorship system for the Genius Class students."

"What is mentorship?" Hiruzen raised an eyebrow and asked.

"Let outstanding students from the Genius Class periodically serve as Ninjutsu instructors in other classes," Kitazawa replied. "Simply put, it's letting them guide the Ninjutsu of students in other classes."

Although the Ninja Academy teachers are all Chunin, some teachers are indeed not as good as the outstanding students of the Genius Class.

Sarutobi Hiruzen couldn't help but let out a soft sound. This was undoubtedly another new system.

"There are three benefits to doing this." Kitazawa held up three fingers.

"Three?" Sarutobi Hiruzen mused thoughtfully. He had only thought of two.

"Firstly, while Genius Class students teach others Ninjutsu, they will also consolidate what they've learned and even develop new understandings," Kitazawa slowly continued.

"Secondly, it enhances the strength of students in other classes. Thirdly, it makes students in other classes aspire to join the Genius Class."

"So that's it. You truly are a genius in teaching." Sarutobi Hiruzen exclaimed, "Even my teacher is quite inferior to you."

"The Second Hokage-sama was the true genius; I dare not compare myself to him." Kitazawa quickly shook his head and said.

"This instructor system can be implemented." Sarutobi Hiruzen thought for a moment, then reminded him, "But the premise is that it must not affect the learning of the Genius Class students."

While enhancing the strength of students in other classes is a good thing, the Genius Class students are the top priority. After all, only geniuses can determine the future and potential of Konoha Village.

Moreover, too many instructors would take away the teachers' jobs, and causing dissatisfaction would not be ideal.

"I understand." Kitazawa's ultimate goal in proposing this instructor system was actually to increase competition.

The increased strength of students in other classes could subtly place immense pressure on the Genius Class students.

"Hokage-sama." Kitazawa brought up Uchiha Izumi's matter.

"It's fine to borrow the Anbu for a Ninja with a Two-Tomoe Sharingan." Sarutobi Hiruzen said very generously.

Although what Kitazawa said did not conform to the rules, with his current strength and status, he could indeed have certain privileges.

"How is Tsunade's hemophobia treatment progressing?" A look of concern appeared on Sarutobi Hiruzen's face.

The Genius Class was a matter for the future. Currently, the most important thing for Konoha Village is naturally Tsunade.

"It's going well so far."

Kitazawa briefly described the situation of the two treatments. Although both ended in failure, the time the illusion was broken was longer each time.

"Very good." Sarutobi Hiruzen nodded in satisfaction and said, "You've all worked hard. If there's any new progress, inform me promptly."

"Yes, Hokage-sama." Seeing that the discussion was over, Kitazawa bid him farewell and left the Hokage Office.

---

Today was Sunday, the registration day. Tomorrow was Monday, the first day of school.

But due to the special class schedule of the Genius Class, Iruka Umino was teaching theoretical lessons on Monday, so he didn't need to go. In other words, he would have a day and a half of free time.

Kitazawa planned to focus on training his Earth Release: Earth Wall.

The sound of a door opening echoed.

"Is registration over?" Kurenai stopped her training and walked towards the door.

"Mm." Kitazawa looked at her, extended his hands, and said, "Come here and let me hug you."

"You hug me every day, haven't you had enough?" Kurenai's lips curved slightly upwards. She walked in front of him and embraced him.

"I wish you'd hang on to me every day." Kitazawa felt her soft body, took a deep breath, and said.

"Pervert!" Kurenai suddenly thought of something, her face flushed, and she glared at him. After all, every time she hung on him, it was a torment.

"Why are you calling me a pervert for no reason?" Kitazawa slapped her butt hard and asked.

"You know yourself!" Kurenai grunted and said.

"What are you thinking about again? I think you're the pervert." Kitazawa lowered his head, looked at her fair and rosy cheeks, and said.

"I—I'm a pervert because of you!" Kurenai retorted.

"Can you blame me?" Kitazawa leaned close to her ear and bit it.

Kurenai's body softened, and a hint of daze appeared in her ruby-like eyes. Enduring the strange sensation in her ear, she whispered, "It's—it's daytime right now."

"Can't we do it during the day?" Kitazawa teased.

Kurenai's breathing hitched. But she ultimately resisted the temptation. Because during the day, Tsunade and Shizune might come over.

"Tonight." Kurenai bit her lip, lowered her head, and said, "I'll give you then—"

"What did you say?" Kitazawa's eyes lit up at her words, but he was afraid of hearing wrong, so he subconsciously asked.

"You're still asking?" Kurenai stomped on his foot fiercely.

"Can I make a request?" Kitazawa leaned into her ear and whispered two sentences.

"Pervert!" Kurenai's face was crimson, and she said irritably, "I'm going to train!"

With that, she swayed her hips and walked towards the living room. Kitazawa looked at her retreating figure, a look of anticipation on his face.

Although Kurenai was quite bold, unconventional activities at night had only been tried once on his birthday. Now, finally, there was a second chance at battle.

Kitazawa exhaled and went outside. He began practicing Earth Release: Earth Wall.

Time slowly passed. The sky gradually darkened. It was January now, and after sunset, the temperature dropped significantly.

"Isn't that the Earth Release: Earth Wall that Kakashi often uses?" Kurenai's voice rang out.

Kitazawa turned around and saw her standing at the doorway.

"Why isn't there a dog head carved on your earth wall?" Kurenai observed it for a moment, then asked in confusion.

"Why would I waste Chakra carving a dog head?" Kitazawa retorted.

"I forgot that Earth Release: Earth Wall doesn't originally have a dog head." Kurenai couldn't help but laugh and said.

There were very few Earth Release Ninjas in Konoha Village. The one she saw most often was Kakashi. Over time, her understanding of Earth Release: Earth Wall had been distorted by his version.

"If I were to carve something, I wouldn't carve a dog head." Kitazawa walked up to Kurenai and said, "I would carve the faces of the Four Hokage."

Kurenai's face was full of question marks.

"If we encounter a Ninja from an enemy village, we can change it to the Kage of that enemy village." Kitazawa continued.

"Where do you get so many strange ideas?" Kurenai asked, complaining.

"This is called a flash of inspiration." Kitazawa kissed her on the cheek and said, "It's evening now, Kurenai."

"F-first, let's eat." Kurenai was startled, her voice unconsciously lowering.

"There's no rush to eat." Kitazawa blinked and said, "You can eat more after you've digested."

"Pervert!" Kurenai, flushed with anger, turned and walked into her room.

Kitazawa closed the door and went to the living room. He sat on the sofa and waited.

Not long after, he heard the door open. Kurenai walked out of the room.

A woman's suit hugged her body tightly, highlighting her graceful curves. The hip-hugging skirt swayed with her long, black-stockinged legs, an indescribable charm.

"Are you satisfied?" Kurenai stopped and asked.

Kitazawa's gaze fell on her lips. She had applied lipstick, and her red lips looked luscious and inviting.

Kurenai noticed his gaze, and her face flushed slightly. After two seconds of hesitation, she squatted down, her black stockings taut, making her thighs appear even longer. And her full buttocks, with her movement, became even rounder, like a ripe peach.

"Kurenai, you're so good." Kitazawa's finger traced her red lips; they were very soft.

The next second, he grimaced. Kitazawa leaned back, and in his sight, Kurenai shook her head, her fair skin contrasting with the color of her lipstick.

He looked at the familiar ceiling, trying to concentrate. But he did not succeed. After all, his IQ had already left the high ground.

Kitazawa's eyes were unfocused, his thoughts drifting. He didn't know how much time had passed, but he suddenly sat up.

"Thank you." Kitazawa looked at Kurenai, and noticing her lipstick was faded, he said, "I'll take you to buy lipstick another day."

Kurenai rolled her eyes. After taking a few deep breaths, she swallowed, said nothing, and turned to walk towards the bathroom.

Kitazawa stretched and stood up, walking into the kitchen. Although Kurenai had already snuck a lot of food, it wasn't a proper meal after all. She didn't have time now, so he would make dinner.

---

The next day, Monday.

During the day, Kitazawa continued to practice Earth Release: Earth Wall. In the evening, he once again "educated" Kurenai well, making her agree to various requests amidst her nonsensical ramblings.

The price of doing this was that Kitazawa was kicked out by her after waking up. But it didn't matter.

He was going out today anyway, because today was Tuesday, and the Genius Class was about to have its first practical combat lesson after the reform.

When Kitazawa arrived at the office, he saw Hinata sitting on the sofa. He was slightly surprised; he hadn't quite expected it.

Because ever since he started living at Kurenai's house, he no longer ate breakfast at school, but instead ate with Kurenai. Occasionally, Tsunade and Shizune would even come over to freeload a meal.

"Kitazawa-sensei!" Hinata jumped off the sofa with a look of pleasant surprise and ran to him.

"Have you eaten breakfast?" Kitazawa patted her head and asked.

"I was just about to eat." Hinata replied, "But I didn't expect Kitazawa-sensei to come."

She had already formed a habit; even if Kitazawa didn't come, she usually ate breakfast in his office.

"I haven't eaten breakfast today." Kitazawa asked with a smile, "Can I freeload a meal from you?"

"Of course you can!" Hinata's small face turned red upon hearing this, looking very happy. She hadn't eaten with Kitazawa for a while.

"These are rice balls I made myself." Hinata offered the rice balls with an expectant look.

"Thank you." Kitazawa took a bite, his eyes slightly bright, and said, "They taste good."

Although they were rice balls, they weren't plain. Hinata had added a lot of ham and shredded meat, etc. Kitazawa guessed it was because she could eat a lot, so she had to add high-calorie ingredients.

Hinata breathed a sigh of relief upon hearing this. After they finished eating, they went to the school's Training Ground.

On the Training Ground, all the students of the Genius Class had already arrived.

"Kosuke-senpai." Kitazawa walked forward and greeted Maruboshi Kosuke.

Kakashi hadn't arrived yet. But that was normal. In the original work, Kakashi was always late. But thankfully, it wasn't nine o'clock yet, so it wasn't considered late.

A moment later, the class bell rang, and Kakashi arrived fashionably late.

"Did you encounter a lost cat on the way?" Kitazawa teased.

"I'm not that childish," Kakashi said calmly.

"Since everyone is here, let's start class." Kitazawa clapped his hands and said, "Everyone, according to Sunday's grouping, divide into six groups."

The students of the Genius Class immediately complied, forming six lines. With thirty students in the class, on average, each line had five people. Compared to the four-person configuration of a ninja squad, it wasn't much more.

If a ninja squad were a small class, then the current Genius Class could be considered a form of medium-sized class education.

"Fire Release, Wind Release, and Special groups, follow me." Kitazawa did not interfere with Maruboshi Kosuke and Kakashi Hatake.

They were all Jōnin; even if they weren't good at teaching, just a little guidance could greatly benefit these students.

Kitazawa went to the vacant training ground next door. He looked at the three groups he was teaching, which accounted for more than half of the class—a total of seventeen people.

Except for Sasuke, who went to the Lightning Release learning group, all of Konoha 12 were with him. This was mainly because most of Konoha 12 came from ninja clans and possessed their own secret techniques, so they didn't need to learn Five Release Ninjutsu.

For example: Hyuga, Ino–Shika–Chō, Inuzuka, and Aburame. Sakura, who was not from a ninja clan, learned medical ninjutsu; Karin learned the sealing technique; Rock Lee and Tenten learned taijutsu.

Tenten, besides throwing ninja tools, mostly used taijutsu. Kurama Yakumo, on the other hand, learned genjutsu.

"For the first lesson, I won't teach anything else. First, let's understand everyone's strength." Kitazawa formed hand signs and used Multiple Shadow Clone Jutsu.

After a burst of smoke, sixteen more Kitazawas appeared on the field.

"Neji, you spar with me." Kitazawa, as the main body, chose Neji. The reason was that he had a mission to defeat Uzumaki Naruto.

Although Kitazawa had been observing Hyuga Neji's training through actual combat, he could gain a clearer understanding of his specific strengths and problems.

"Yes, Kitazawa-sensei." Neji took a deep breath and assumed a stance.

At the same time, Kitazawa's shadow clones and the students also started sparring.

"Gentle Fist: Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms!" Neji knew Kitazawa's strength well, so he went all out from the start.

He activated his Byakugan, extended both palms, and struck toward Kitazawa's chakra points.

But he got off to a bad start. Kitazawa stood still, and just as Neji's palms struck out, he delivered a kick. The fast and powerful whirlwind kick hit Neji.

Although Neji's reaction was very quick and his palms changed course in time to block the kick, he still retreated several steps. Before he could regain his footing, Kitazawa's attack was upon him.

Neji's pupils involuntarily constricted. Is this Gentle Fist? He was momentarily dazed, and Kitazawa struck him in the chest with a palm, sending him flying.

"In battle, no matter what you encounter, don't get distracted." Kitazawa said with a slight smile, "Although I don't have the Byakugan, after watching your training for a long time, I also know a trick or two of Gentle Fist."

Neji stood up, and a look of realization appeared on his face upon hearing this. Kitazawa's Gentle Fist was merely a hollow shell.

Because he didn't have the Byakugan to see the chakra points. Otherwise, that palm strike just now could have directly sealed his chakra points, paralyzing him.

Neji accelerated and charged forward again. But the more he fought, the more shocked he became.

Because in Gentle Fist, he was completely suppressed by Kitazawa. It was clearly a hollow shell, clearly without striking chakra points, yet it put more pressure on him than Hyuga Hiashi.

"Eight Trigrams Vacuum Palm!" Neji was sweating profusely. After a very messy close-quarters battle, he immediately created some distance and struck with his right hand. The compressed chakra transformed into an invisible air shockwave.

"You've learned the Eight Trigrams Vacuum Palm well; it's barely an entry-level skill," Kitazawa commented, and with a flash, he dodged the attack.

Neji had not yet fully mastered the Eight Trigrams Vacuum Palm, so it appeared somewhat unpolished.

"That's enough for now." Kitazawa stopped him, saying, "I've already understood your current situation."

Neji's body relaxed upon hearing this, and various fatigues surged over him, causing him to collapse directly to the ground. However, he didn't feel embarrassed, because everyone was like this.

He was, in fact, one of the students who lasted the longest. Most students lost faster and more miserably than him.

Hinata was similar to him; only Naruto lasted longer than him. After all, he had a lot of chakra. But no matter how much he had, he couldn't use it normally, and he ultimately lost to Kitazawa's shadow clone.

Kitazawa dispelled the Multiple Shadow Clone Jutsu. A large number of memories returned to the main body.

A dazed expression appeared on his face for two seconds, and then he let out a breath. Although he created fifteen shadow clones, the students of the Genius Class were all relatively weak, so they didn't put much pressure on his shadow clones.

The only one who posed a challenge was Yakumo. However, Kitazawa adopted a quick-kill approach. She was defeated before she even had time to use her genjutsu.

"Next, I will assign training projects to each of you." Kitazawa looked at everyone and said.

"Kitazawa-sensei!" Naruto, full of vigor, waved at him.

"Your training remains unchanged; it's still Wind Release Chakra Nature Transformation."

Kitazawa glanced at him and said.

"Alright." Naruto was a little reluctant.

He wanted to learn new ninjutsu, not practice Wind Release Chakra Nature Transformation, because he felt his training progress was too slow. But since Kitazawa said so, he could only comply.

"Neji, in addition to practicing Gentle Fist, spend two hours a day participating in special combat training," Kitazawa thought for a moment and said.

"Yes, Kitazawa-sensei." Neji immediately agreed.

"Yakumo, you will start with physical training first." Kitazawa looked at Yakumo and said, "After a while, I will teach you taijutsu."
