Meanwhile as Hooni was getting ready for school as Jerry was having a nightmare.
After Hooni was done taking a shower and then putting on his school uniform he walks out and see Jerry isn't outside thinking he over sleep again he knocked on his door and even texted him but no reply, Hooni not wanting to be late walk to school without him.
"Communism, fragment." Kim Jaehoon thought to himself you may think someone as intelligent as him may be sitting down with others kids but really he's eating breakfast alone, Jaehoon doesn't have a lot of friends, mostly due to being focused too much on his studies, especially since midterms are coming up spending time with his friends isn't on his list right now but as he wanted to studied one more time on what he wrote, he then remembered Hooni what he said yesterday.
"See you tomorrow." Kim Jaehoon remember when he said that but he quickly dismissed it, thinking Hooni surely got other things to do, after all Jaehoon got his own things to do and it will be a pain if he ever did come to me.
Then Hooni come to sit with him at the other side of the table, Jaehoon trying to look away, knowing damn well he sit here on purpose Jaehoon basically, mentally begging Hooni to sit somewhere else but meanwhile Hooni completely clueless on how uncomfortable Jaehoon is, just smile innocently at him happy to have another friend like Jerry... Kinda.
Hooni got a notification ring on his phone, he pull it out of his pocket and see it's a message from Jerry it says. "Yo, can't come, having a nasty headache. See you after school tho." Hooni text him a get well soon he then start to think about him, Hooni did at first thought Jerry is his friend but even then comparing Jerry to Jaehoon is not really close, but don't get him wrong he's happy to have another friend but with Jerry it's more close like best friends or more like... family, Hooni not wanting to push his luck due to being inexperienced in talking to people let alone how friend act with each other just push the thought behind, and continue to be clinging to Jaehoon.
As school ended and now they're walking in school Jaehoon not having the guts to tell him directly try to give him hints like ignoring him, but as being said before Hooni never had a proper friend other beside Jerry and even then his social skills completely nonexistent and thus Hooni didn't realize that Jaehoon actions were in fact telling him to stay away, in other words.
Damn.
"What now?" Jaehoon a little annoyed and nervous as now they're taking a piss, Jaehoon not wanting to tangled up with Hooni let alone his problems believing it will weight him down thinking of ways to settle it down on him gently, Hooni noticing there was a fly on Jaehoon brush the fly off him, and what it means when Hooni wanting to brush the fly away, the idiot high five his back with a little force into it that, you can also say he basically smack Jaehoon.
Jaehoon now angry he turn his face to meet his glare Hooni seeing his anger nervously rise his hand to show the fly on his palm to justified his action.
"Um. It's just... There was a fly..."
"Oh... Thanks" Jaehoon calming down a bit only a little bit. "He's driving me crazy." Jaehoon zipping up his pants after taking a piss washing his hands meanwhile Hooni Is celebrating in a little hooray as they walk in the hall way, Hooni is thinking, that having more then one friend is actually kinda nice, he usually just stay as invisible as he could when Jerry isn't around but now with Jerry and Jaehoon the bullies definitely can't no longer touch him anymore with this I no longer need to be afraid anymore.
As they continue walking in the hallways Hooni wanting to repay him for his kindness Hooni putting out his money to see how much he got, he had 1,300 won which is 1.5 in American dollars, he was actually going to save it for dinner today but for his new friend.
"Draft, concordant-" Jaehoon mumbled to himself studying after a while he realized he was no longer hearing foot step behind anymore he looked back and Hooni is no longer there Jaehoon thinking he understood the hint, he sighs hoping Hooni won't stick to him again after walking for a little bit more he realized he left his notes on his desk as he walked back to his calss he sigh feeling a little guilty.
"Maybe I acted a bit too cold towards him. I mean it's not like he was acting too clingy or anything." Is what Jaehoon said to himself softly he stop as he see a cup on his note journal that is on the desk as his desk is still next to Hooni desk that is written in insult words all over his desk Jaehoon confused pick it up wondering why would anyone leave a cup of ice coffee, he then turn around the cup and see a note that say, study hard by Hooni.
"What's with him making me feel sorry." Jaehoon thought to himself feeling regretful about being mean to him even tho Hooni didn't know any better, Jaehoon now regretting start to think that maybe he shouldn't be so cold towards him after all, is what he thought until he took a good look at his notes that is completely ruined by the ice coffee all Jaehoon can say is.
"Damn."
Hooni, you are an idiot Jaehoon ended up regretting he ever felt sorry for Hooni and speaking of Hooni as Jaehoon is angry walking home meanwhile Hooni already home in his apartment sitting on his butt, lend on his back on the wall as he stare at his money of whatever he have left regretting himself about spenting his money buying coffee for Jaehoon and all Hooni can say is.
"Damn."
Hooni, you are an idiot as Hooni is trying to hold his tears he then hear a ring on his phone he Instinctively pull out his phone, see it's a information on message from Jerry he tap and it says.
"Yo I'm outside waiting and I'm bored want to go eat out and go to the arcade, it's on me man."
Hooni after reading the message smile happily and replied with a thumb up trying to be cool he then put his shoes on and walked out. "Yo Hooni. Dap me up my brother." Jerry said as he rise his hand and siwng Hooni did the same, both of they're hand slamming together that they went back in time for 1 second in the past without knowing Hooni confused when Jerry called him brother ask him a question.
"Um. Jerry, when you call me brother do you actually mean it?"
"Hmm... Yeah you are my brother I mean we get along pretty well, we hang out most of the time, like seriously we mostly hang out in my apartment to the point I forget that you live in your own apartment and sometime I forget that we're not blood related. Man hard to believe we started off as friends at first."
"So. Brothers?" Hooni said nervously as he rise his hand waiting for Jerry, Jerry smile and rise his dap his hand tightly.
"... In the name of our Lord. We're brothers."
And so they're friendship turn into brotherhood. Best friends to Brothers.
~Timeskip to a couple of days~
Due to Hooni listening to some of Jerry favorite heavy metal songs in his playlist, Hooni decided to let his hair grow, Hooni now giggling to himself liking it, thinking he looks like a movie star, even tho he doesn't know much moive stars with long hair beside Thor from marvel and even then his hair his blonde.
With confidence he walks to school by himself as Jerry was talking with Soorim about the 5 night at Freddy lord, they almost started to argue with each other at some moments.
As they talk, not caring if they're going to be late for school, Hooni in a couple of minutes he made it to school, thinking he might even get a compliment about his hair, so he thought the moment he sit down on his seat someone walk behind him. "Yo, look at his hair guys!!!" One of bullies said as he grab Hooni hair with a strong grip clearly not planning to let go soon, he then pull back forcedly.
"Think you're some rocker boy huh? Show us your headbanging skills then." He said as he use his other hand now for to forcedly headbanging Hooni like he's listening to heavy metal other students laughed at this enjoying the show.
"He's pretty good." After that he let go of him and walk away he look at his hands in disgust.
"Uugh~ His hair is so greasy."
"That's gross."
He said in a mocking tone as a other bullie say gross in response which was Hyung-Chul, thinking stuff was sweet Jerry walk in calss the moment he saw the bully griping Hooni hair for a second he let go of Hooni, Jerry seeing that he stare at Hooni for a little bit, Hooni rubbing his hand on top of his hand as he lay face down on the table using his other arm to lay on, his long hair covering his face, Jerry now piss off he gently placed the book on a random table, and closed his eyes. "Dear God, Forgive me, Jesus Christ for what I'm about to do. Amen" After he was done praying quickly he open his eyes and speed walk to the one that was holding his hair, Jerry then tighten his right fist hard and swing a massive right hook punch at his left cheek, the bully noting him but didn't have time to react took a punch at the face the impact so powerful he pass out, as two of his teeth on the left side, one on top and the other one on the bottom came off his mouth and fall on the fall as he did too, his face landing on the floor first, Hyung-Chul was about to jump in but Jerry quickly jump on him and started to fight him in which Jerry was easying winning, a teacher hearing loud noise on a class walk in class only to see students recording and yelling as Jerry aggressively attacking Hyung-Chul, as a student is pass out, some blood linking out of his mouth, he quickly pull Jerry back holding him back.
It took a while for Jerry to calm down, breathing heavily focusing better now Jerry now realizing how much he mess up and Hooni watched the whole fight too and all they can say is.
"Damn."
After school Hooni in his home hold his tears together as he cut his hair short, thinking of what's going to happen to Jerry but meanwhile Hyung-Chul in his room his face bandage up a little he gorwl in anger rubbing his face gently while thinking of Jerry hatred can be seen in his eyes.
"I'm going to beat the hell out of him for this." He said to himself as he trun off the light in his room and gose to sleep already knowing what he going to do tomorrow.
