Minato began telling tsunade about what happened and the changes in the village .
After he finished, Tsunade looked at Jack with a complicated gaze. Because he did what no one in Konoha could do. He erased the darkness the has been piling up in Konoha for decades.
Minato after he finished said.
"So we need you return to the village"
Tsunade looked conflicted about returning to the village and said.
"I will think about it."
Jack looked at her and said.
"Don't hesitate. I know you are in pain but don't disgrace their memories by running away.
You should honor them by trying to make the village they loved a better for the future generations."
Tsunade said while looking down.
"Of course,I know that and I thought about returning every day but my phobia prevented me from moving."
Jack smiled and said.
"Good, you know your problem. Now we just need to solve it.
So how about a trade. I know psychology which will help with your problem and I need your medical knowledge."
Tsunade looked at him and asked.
"Psychology?. What is that?."
"Psychology is the study of human's mental illnesses. To help them overcome their fear, face their problems and improve their mental strength.
Your phobia is one of the illnesses that are under that category."
Tsunade looked at him with a surprise and suspicious face and asked.
"Why didn't I know or heard something like that?."
"There's no way you would. The psychology science needs an intensive study time and very expensive that just isn't worth it from the village point of view.
If they can't use the shinobi, they just discarded them and train a new one . This from their point is much better than trying something new that don't know if it will succeed. That's also why they might have never noticed the problem."
Tsunade looked at him and asked.

Tsunade looked at him and her veins appeared on her forehead but Minato said.

Tsunade calmed down hearing Minato then looked at Jack and said.

"Good. From now on, no gambling, no drinking and no physical anger.

After that Minato excused himself and returned to the village while Jack stayed with Tsunade and shizune.
A week passed and Jack absorbed all of Tsunade knowledge. Although he needs to practice to reach her level, he understood the theory of it.
Tsunade made some progress on her phobia too and started to accept the death of her loved ones too. She also didn't freeze at the sight of blood anymore.
Jack saw that and said.

You just need to start busying yourself and you will be completely healed.
Just remember, it's good to remember them but to honoring them is about making the world remember them too.
You can use your medical expertise in inventing new methods and naming it after them. Make new hospitals and named after them.

Tsunade crying looked nostalgic and nodded then smiled looked at Jack then said.
"You are really good at this. This is really a great science that we must study.
After I return back, I will appoint you as the vice head of department "
"No thanks. This just a hobby for me. Psychology was just a thing I explored during a rough time but now I want to do other things."
Tsunade shook her head and said.
"Well the door will always be open."
Jack then went with tsunade and shizune then collected their stuff and transported to the village.

Jiraya was complaining about them forcing him to become the Hokage.

"If Jiraya is allowed to leave, I will leave as well."

"Looks like you gained some sense at the end, old man. And it must be hard for those old parasites that you call friends leaving their positions and status."
Jack who also entered heard that and said.
"Well, Tsunade. You are better than to kick the man when is down."
Hiruzen looked at his student with a guilty look then said.
"I'm happy to see you, Tsunade."
Tsunade looked away and just hmphed then asked Tobirama .
"Where's grandfather?."
Tobirama looked embarrassed and said.
"I saw that kid called yamato using wood escape and told him to teach him his techniques but instead he took the kid to teach him how to gamble instead"
Tsunade laughed and said.
"That's granpa for you."
Jack then said.
"Tobirama, I need you to come with us to look at a Uchiha kid who has some disease."
Tobirama looked at him and asked.
"Are you talking about Itachi, Fugaku son?. He has some kind of blood limit disease I think . It's not my personal expertise."
"No, come with us. I know you are more into the soul kind of things so this isn't your thing but I think you will like the things I brought."
Tobirama looked at him then nodded.
Jack took Tobirama and Tsunade and talked as he walked.
"Orochimaru who you know of him created a technique that's insane. I want you to look at it.
This technique allows the user to snatch the body of someone else.
It's based in your Edo Tensei, soul locking seal and Kato dan spirit transformation technique.
The only thing he added is soul adaptation to fit the new body he got from Ryuchi Cave."
Tobirama frowned and took the scroll and after reading it he said.
"Tsunade, if you saw that guy again kill him. He is insane. He is sullying the sacredness of human body."
Jack looked at him and asked with a weird look.

"That's different. I used criminals and ninja from other villages. I never once harmed my village people.

Tsunade looked at him and said.

"He is normal for someone this young. So I doubt your answer but anyway, it's a good thing.
He is suffering from a genetic disease.
I recommend he stops being a ninja as chakra usage will deteriorate his case.
It will be very subtle until it's not then He will suffer greatly.
He also seemed to awaken his sharingan which will accelerate his case more if continued using it."
Fugaku looked at Tsunade with a solemn face but suddenly Itachi said.
"Can it be managed Tsunade sama?. I don't want to give up being a ninja."
"It can. But every time you use chakra will still leave some effects so it's not the best choice. Are you sure you want that?."

Sasuke said as he cried.
Fugaku interrupted Itachi and said

Jack who was silent said at this moment.
"Don't jump to conclusion for now. I will talk to Tsunade and see if there are ways to solve it completely without any side effects ."
Tsunade looked at him and said.
"Don't give them false hope . I don't know anything that can completely solve this matter."
"Don't worry, I didn't. I just think that you may change your mind after I visit Orochimaru as he studied genetics far more than you."
Tsunade looked at him then nodded.
Jack said to Fugaku.
"Fugaku, we need to speak to you and Shisui. We will meet at the hospital."
Fugaku eyes moved slightly then nodded.

After a while they gathered at the hospital.
"I have the method of transplanting Hashirama cells but Fugaku I think it will be too much for you.So I will use white Zetsu for now.
Shisui although it's a little dangerous for you to transplant Hashirama cells too but if you want to try, I think it will be extremely useful.
