Chapter 132 - Experience the Passion of PAB!

What the hell are those two idiots doing?!

Shiro, who had been chatting with a beautiful lady, saw the scene unfold and cracked open—mentally.

What kind of plot twist led to this madness?

Drinking contest with foreigners… on a train?!

And they were losing?!

Yes—

Iori and Kohei were at a disadvantage.

Because they'd never had Jägermeister before, the initial shots were hard to swallow.

To be honest, that stuff didn't even taste good. Way too sweet…

"Sorry, truly sorry, Mr. Shiro. Looks like my companions caused a bit of a scene!"

The blonde girl looked at Shiro apologetically, intending to go retrieve those two embarrassing fools.

"Those guys are with you?!"

How heartbreaking. But then again, it made sense—they were probably the only three foreigners on the train.

Still…

Shiro glanced at the two foreigners who were laughing wildly and suddenly felt an urge to deck them.

"Well then, let's talk again another time, Miss Carina."

He politely stood up and gallantly kissed the beautiful lady's hand.

Don't get the wrong idea—

He just wanted to cop a feel~

Right after, Shiro even pulled out two bottles of water and handed them to her.

"Judging by your friends' behavior, they've clearly had a few drinks. Though they seem to have decent tolerance (garbage), it's still good to hydrate afterward~"

Carina, still a bit dazed from the hand kiss, absentmindedly accepted the "water" without thinking.

"Thank you so much, Mr. Shiro. I'll go get my friends now."

"Alright then, I'll take my leave too~"

Watching Carina accept the two bottles of water he handed her, Shiro curved his lips into a sinister smile.

Those, of course, weren't just ordinary bottles of water. They were his specially prepared "Water of Life" — the same trick he used to mess with his old man!

He'd even processed them a little. The alcohol scent was still there, but for someone who had just finished drinking and had their guard down, it was more than enough!

Heh—

Drinking 35-percent booze? That's nothing.

Time to let you foreigners feel the passion of PAB!

Shiro didn't linger any longer. He turned and walked toward the restroom.

He had been sitting on the inside earlier, so Carina probably didn't know he was from that side.

As for how today's "hunt" went?

Hmm...

Maybe it was just his imagination, but Shiro felt something off.

And her eyes… they were always directed toward Iori and the others. True, her friends were over there, but...

Shiro didn't think she was looking at her companions. If anything—Chisa and Aina?

Thinking about the twisted nature of those two foreigners, Shiro shivered.

Studies show that people who become friends usually share at least one common interest.

In the case of PAB? That would be drinking!

So Carina and those two foreign perverts...

{{(°△°; "}}!

Shiro shook his head furiously. No, he couldn't dwell on that. A train car with three perverts? That's terrifying.

Seeing Carina dragging her two friends back from not far away, Shiro turned and entered the restroom.

Forget it. Best not to think about it.

He'd just ask Carina out one-on-one next time.

What a failed hunt...

Two minutes later, Shiro stepped out feeling refreshed.

Turns out his kidneys and bladder were still in fine form!

Returning to his seat, he was immediately met with two pairs of resentful eyes.

"Where were you just now?"

"Don't you realize what a horrifying ordeal we just went through?"

╮( ‾ω‾ )╭

"It was just a little drinking session with those two foreigners. I watched the whole thing with Carina."

Shiro shrugged. He hadn't intervened, but he did witness the entire event.

"Huh?"

"You watched and didn't come help?!"

Iori and Kohei glared at him, eyes blazing with fury. What happened to team spirit?

"So... you guys actually lost to two foreign drinkers?"

Shiro's eyes flashed with disdain.

That remark set them both off.

"What the hell are you saying, asshole?! There's no way I'd lose to that pervert!"

"It's just that we didn't expect the drink to be so sweet!"

As seasoned drinkers of hard liquor, that glass of Jägermeister tasted like syrup to them.

This time, Shiro didn't argue with them. It reminded him of the "Jägerbomb buckets" he used to drink in bars in his past life.

Real or fake alcohol, that stuff… was disgusting.

"Carina?"

Unlike Iori and Kohei, Aina was more interested in the person behind the name.

That obviously wasn't a Japanese name!

A hunt?

Was he out there hunting foreigners?!

Seeing the suspicion in Aina's eyes, Shiro's face twitched. Damn, he almost forgot — there was still a spy among them.

But this spy... didn't seem very reliable?

At the very least, the person who planted this spy didn't even know he was returning home.

A cause for celebration.

If Kiyoko and Sakurako really had come along, he could already imagine the "liveliness" at home.

After all, his mom was a very "traditional" woman — so traditional that she'd happily accept him bringing multiple girls home...

Of course—

She was only "traditional" when it came to him.

As for his dad?

He wouldn't care about any of that. Shiro suspected his old man cared more about the remaining hair on his head than about family affairs.

Truly a plastic father-son relationship.

Thinking about his dad, Shiro's smile turned downright terrifying. He'd prepared a little something special for the old man~

"So gross... Don't tell me you've already hooked up with that Carina."

Aina suddenly said. Shiro's expression just now had looked exactly like a creepy old man waiting outside an elementary school.

"Don't make it sound so nasty. We just got to know each other, that's all."

Shiro leaned on his hand, gazing out the window. They were almost home.

(′`;)?

The others glanced at him in confusion. Was he... not in high spirits?

"Did you fail to flirt? Or was there a language barrier?"

Even Chisa was curious. Low interest in beautiful women? That was way out of character for Shiro.

"Not really. It went pretty well. It's just... now's not the best time."

Shiro glanced toward the other end of the car, where the two foreign men were about to drink the water he'd given them.

Seeing that, Shiro already knew how this would end.

The others followed his gaze and saw Carina sitting with two blonde foreigners they had just been drinking with.

"You're not saying she is Carina?!"

They stared at Shiro in disbelief. While they were over here drinking, he had already "infiltrated the enemy base"?

"Of course. This isn't Tokyo. There aren't that many foreigners running around."

"..."

Right.

They really should've figured it out sooner.

Looking at the sweet, understanding big-sisterly Carina, then at the two huge foreign men across from her...

Everyone let out a collective sigh.

"Traveling with a bunch of idiots is truly exhausting~" ×5

Gagagaga~

As the last sigh faded, a brief silence settled over them.

Then—

"You guys really think you're the normal ones here?"

"That's my line, damn it!"

"Please take a good look at yourselves, OK?"

"I should be the one saying that!"

"You have no right to say that!!!"

It was clear: all five were desperate to be the only sane person in the group.

Thud—

As the argument raged, a noise from nearby caught their attention.

The two foreign men suddenly slumped over the table for no apparent reason.

"What happened to them?"

Iori was puzzled. Annoying as they were, those two had been just fine a moment ago.

"Who knows? Maybe they got drunk. I mean... Jäger does sneak up on you~"

Shiro's lips curled into a merciless grin.

Welcome to the PAB drinking experience.

Enjoy, foreign perverts!
