"After bringing you to the territory, I sent people to look for your mother. Fortunately, nothing unexpected happened," Losiya said in a pleasant voice.
Then she looked around, assessing the church's environment. "I found a nearby church. I thought it was abandoned, but it was surprisingly clean and tidy. After getting in touch with the nun here, I temporarily placed your mother's body here."

Julian just quietly looked at the woman in the coffin. His body instinctively expressed grief, but his heart was also very complicated.
She was not "his" mother, but the memories in his mind felt as though he had personally experienced them. Those emotions were so clear and distinct.
He could probably understand how Julian had persevered back then.
