Chapter 14 - Chapter 14: Sun-ho and ? vs Gun

Outside the God Dogs base, was thick silence, The only sounds were the crunch of debris, the shifting of broken concrete, and the thunderous exchange of fists, Goo stood beside Johan Seong, hands shoved lazily in his pockets, but his eyes, sharp and calculating, were locked on the clash before him.

"Damn," Goo muttered, half envious, half impressed "Not only is he rich but he's also one hell of a fighter, Ahh, I'm jealous."

Johan glanced at him "You know him?"

Goo smirked faintly and nodded "Yeah, I know him, But he didn't tell you, huh? Sun-ho's not some street Gangster He's one of the biggest investors in South Korea Companies beg for him, line up just to get him on their side."

Johan's eyes widened slightly, shock flickering across his usually calm face Goo went on "He and his older brother they're orphans They started with nothing No family and no backing And from that 'nothing,' he clawed his way up to this level He's a monster in both business and fighting That's why seeing him here, rolling with you, makes me laugh, You don't know what kind of diamond you've got on your hands."

Johan stared at Sun-ho, bloodied but unyielding, his frame like a steel beam bent locked in a fight with Gun, But then his breath caught His eyes widened.

Because he recognized it.

Those weren't just random strikes, Sun-ho was using his techniques, His footwork, His punches, His way of reading an opponent The realization made Johan's lips part in disbelief.

Gun, however, only grinned wider, His eyes glittered with mad delight "Hahaha! I didn't expect another one, Another copy user from this generation, What a surprise" He licked his lips, blood pumping faster, his veins almost vibrating with excitement "Johan, you really got yourself a diamond."

Then Gun's grin turned cruel His voice lowered, heavy like a hammer. "But…"

With a sudden surge of force, he blurred forward, fist slamming into Sun-ho's gut like a cannonball, The impact boomed across the yard, Sun-ho's body flying back, air knocked out of his lungs.

"you're still weak!" Gun roared.

Sun-ho's body twisted midair, his instincts screaming survival, He planted his feet into the ground and slid back across concrete, His jaw tightened, blood dripping from his lip.

He launched forward again, His hips coiled.

His first kick cracked out like a whip, cutting the air, Gun blocked with his forearm, only for the second kick to snap in from the opposite side, lightning-quick, Then came the third, a crushing roundhouse that slammed into Gun's temple with the force of a steel bat, The triple Taekwondo strike made Gun stagger back, his smile warping but never fading.

But Sun-ho didn't stop, His fists followed, sharp, efficient, vicious, A Karate chop at the collarbone, Aikido's redirecting twist that unbalanced Gun for just a second, A storm of boxing jabs hammered against Gun's guard, each punch faster and sharper than the last.

"COME ON, GUN!" Sun-ho shouted, smiling, fists flying like a man possessed.

Then.

Grab!

Gun's hand clamped down on Sun-ho's fist mid-punch, The sudden silence was deafening, His grip was like iron, veins popping across his forearm as he finally, truly, got serious.

"Enough playing around." Gun's voice dropped low, guttural, heavy with intent

And then.

Gun's punches came brutal and raw, powered by Kyokushin Karate's ruthless full-contact strikes, His elbows and knees flowed seamlessly into Muay Thai, crashing into Sun-ho's ribs, arms, and chest, Every hit sounded like it could break Steel Every strike was a punishment.

Thud!

a knee to the stomach.

Smash!

a fist to the ribs.

Crack!

a rib broken, Sun-ho gasping sharply, pain flashing across his face.

He staggered, blood running down his chin, Gun towered above him, eyes burning with bloodlust grin.

But before the next blow could land, a voice cut through the battlefield.

"Enough!"

Johan Seong moved.

His body blurred, He leapt into the fray, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with Sun-ho, eyes locked on Gun with a gaze.

"How…" Johan's voice was low "how could I just stand here and watch while one of my crew executives gets beaten like this?"

Johan shifted into stance, fists tightening.

Gun's grin only widened, blood dripping from his lip as he cracked his neck "Hahaha! Now this is getting fun."

Every low-ranking member, every executive, even Goo himself, None of them had expected to see it Johan Seong standing at Sun-ho's side.

Murmurs spread through the crowd like wildfire, Some whispered in disbelief, others in awe, Jin Jang, who had been silently watching everything from the corner, felt his chest tighten, His cigarette hung loosely in his fingers, forgotten.

'Johan Seong… protecting his crew? Since when?'

His eyes flickered toward Sun-ho, The faintest smirk touched his lips 'He really… changed him.'

Sun-ho, still bruised and little bloodied, turned his head to look at Johan, Despite the pain he smiled, a smile of relief, of acknowledgment "You finally came, huh? Honestly I thought you'd never change, But I was wrong."

Johan's expression softened, His lips twitched, his eyes carrying something new, something no one had seen in him before "I'm only helping because of you, You… changed the crew Because of you, they're not just a gang anymore, They're family now."

For the first time in years, Johan Seong smiled.

But their moment ended abruptly.

Because in the blink of an eye, Gun's monstrous hands shot out, faster than their eyes could follow.

GRAB!

His palms gripped both their faces at once, Sun-ho's on the left, Johan's on the right.

"Got you," Gun growled, his grin sharp and vicious.

And then

BOOM!

He smashed their heads into the concrete ground with such force that dust exploded outward like a shockwave, the ground cracking beneath their skulls, Blood smeared against the surface as both fighters gasped, struggling under the crushing weight of Gun's iron grip.

Gun stood tall, looming above them like a god of war, his laughter echoing in the air "HAHAHA! THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL RESISTANCE? PATHETIC! You think standing together makes you stronger? I'll crush you BOTH!"

With a monstrous swing, he hurled them aside like ragdolls, Their bodies slammed into a nearby wall, debris raining down.

But Johan and Sun-ho, stood back up Staggering, Broken Blood dripping, Yet still on their feet.

"N-not bad," Johan muttered, wiping blood from his lip, His endurance Was very weak, Johan already broke 3 ribs.

Sun-ho cracked his neck, smiling through the pain.

They rushed in together.

Johan struck first, a hook, a fast jab, but Gun's forearm blocked them with ease, Sun-ho followed with a low Taekwondo kick, but Gun caught his leg and twisted, tossing him into Johan, The two crashed together, barely regaining balance.

Then Gun unleashed his brutality.

Kyokushin Karate, bone-crushing full-contact strikes, His fists slammed into their ribs, his elbows into their jaws, A Muay Thai knee drove into Johan's stomach, making him spit blood his eyes gone white, A hammerfist to Sun-ho's back sent him coughing violently Every blow felt like being struck by a sledgehammer.

"TOO SLOW!" Gun barked, another punch breaking through Johan's guard, cracking against his cheekbone.

"TOO WEAK!" His kick slammed into Sun-ho's ribs, another crack echoing through the battlefield, Sun-ho dropped to one knee, blood dripping from his mouth, struggling to breathe.

Both of them were battered especially Johan, staggering on their feet, but their eyes still burned with fire.

And then

Sun-ho glanced at Johan, Johan glanced back, In that split second, no words were needed, They understood.

They moved together.

When Gun's fist flew forward, Johan deflected with his arm, and Sun-ho countered with a strike, When Gun tried to sweep low, Johan blocked, and Sun-ho capitalized with a spinning kick, Their movements synchronized, mirroring one another, like reflections in water.

And then…

They began copying him.

Gun's very own Kyokushin Karate strikes were turned against him, His straight punch, Sun-ho copied the form perfectly, driving his knuckles into Gun's ribs, His low Muay Thai kick, Johan mirrored it, sweeping Gun's leg. His clinch-and-knee technique, Sun-ho used it back on him, stunning him momentarily.

The other gasped, The sight of Johan and Sun-ho moving as one, like twin blades, like wolves hunting in perfect harmony, sent chills down everyone's spine.

Even Gun, who laughed through every hit, found himself momentarily staggered as fists, kicks, and techniques piled against him His grin twitched, blood dripping from his nose.

BAM!

Johan's punch.

CRACK!

Sun-ho's kick.

SMASH!

Both their fists slamming into his chest at the same time.

Gun stumbled back two steps.

The air grew heavy, Silence.

Then slowly… Gun straightened.

His grin returned, wider, darker, hungrier.

With one hand, he grabbed his shirt collar and tore it open, muscles rippling, his body glistening with sweat and little blood, His torso was covered in scars, His eyes gleamed with unrestrained madness.

"Finally…" Gun's voice dripped with excitement, his Red aura exploding outward, crushing the air "Finally, you've made me serious."
