Gangbuk
"Come on, Choyun, you can do it" Uijin called out from the sidelines, Beside him, Sun-ho stood calmly.
Choyun was breathing heavily blood dripping from his nose and split lip, sweat soaking through his shirt, His arms trembled as he tried to maintain a defensive posture, eyes focused on the opponent standing before him.
Hajun Gu, Calm, Composed and Clean.
Not a single scratch on Hajun's face, He stood with the stillness of a statue, fists lowered he hadn't even needed to exert effort.
"Sun-ho," Uijin muttered, glancing at Sun-ho, "it's been ten minutes, It's a one-sided fight, Why are we letting him keep going?"
"Because I want to see how long he can endure, not yet It's about whether he can survive."
Uijin raised an eyebrow "You testing him for future fights?"
Sun-ho nodded slowly "Hajun Gu's not someone even your guys can last against But Choyun's hanging in there, Ten minutes That's impressive."
Uijin glanced back at Him, respect growing in his eyes "Yeah, most of my boys wouldn't last even half that."
Just as he spoke, Hajun launched another jab, but this time, Choyun ducked.
Woosh!
Choyun twisted his body and retaliated with a quick jab to Hajun's gut It wasn't perfect, Hajun blocked it with ease, but the surprise on his face was real.
That split second of mutual acknowledgment passed.
Then Choyun's legs buckled, His body swayed forward, and with a soft thud, he collapsed onto the ground, unconscious from exhaustion and pain.
Hajun exhaled deeply, giving a rare respectful nod toward the fallen boy before turning to face Sun-ho and Uijin.
"So…" he said "who's next?"
Uijin cracked his neck and stepped forward with a smirk "You got some attitude"

He walked forward, standing toe-to-toe with Hajun, Their eyes locked, a silent passed between them.
Uijin raised his guard.
The fight began in a flash.
Hajun struck first, a fast right jab, but Uijin swayed just out of range, countering with a sharp left aimed at Hajun's ribs, Hajun blocked, spinning to land a heavy punch to Uijin's side.

BAM!
Uijin grunted, the air knocked from his lungs.
Another punch followed, this one crashing into his face, sending him stumbling backward.
"You're good," Hajun said calmly, stepping forward as Uijin regained his footing.
Their fists met in the center with a crack, both pushing against each other with raw strength.
Hajun slipped through Uijin's guard and landed another shot to the gut, Uijin doubled over for a moment, eyes squeezing shut from the pain, but he didn't go down.
BAM!
A third punch slammed into his chest, sending him reeling.
From the sidelines, Sun-ho watched quietly, eyes narrowed.
Uijin, catching his breath, wiped blood from his chin and narrowed his eyes Then, with grit in his stance, he lunged forward with a left hook, one of his signature moves.
It connected.
Hajun's right bicep absorbed the hit as he blocked, but his expression shifted, There was power behind that punch.
Before Hajun could adjust, Uijin landed a second punch directly to his face.
Thud!
Blood trickled from Hajun's mouth.
He stepped back slowly, wiping it away with the back of his hand, His gaze sharpened.
"Now you interest me," he said quietly, settling into a boxing stance "But it's time to get serious."
And then, he disappeared.
To Uijin's eyes, it was almost as if Hajun had teleported, his speed had doubled.
BAM!
A right hook connected to the side of Uijin's head, dropping him to one knee.
Dazed, Uijin looked up just in time to see Hajun raising his fist again.
BAM!
The final blow hit his jaw, and Uijin collapsed to the ground, breathing hard, blood on his lips and bruises face.
Hajun stood above him, little blood of his own dripping from his mouth now.
He turned toward Sun-ho, who had been watching silently the whole time, a slight smile playing at his lips.
"What a fight," Sun-ho said, walking forward "You both impressed me."
Hajun nodded.
Sun-ho stopped in front of him "You said if you bled, you'd join us."
Without warning, Hajun's fist came flying toward Sun-ho's face.
SWOOSH!
But it stopped.
Not because Hajun pulled back, but because Sun-ho caught it.
"Nice punch" Sun-ho said casually, holding Hajun's fist like it weighed nothing.
Hajun's eyes widened in shock "You… saw that?"
"Of course I did," Sun-ho said. "You're too slow."
For the first time in his life, Hajun Gu felt Something.
There was something wrong, no, something different about Sun-ho, The air around him wasn't just heavy, it was dangerous, The kind of danger that made every instinct scream to run.
"I'll join." Hajun said quickly, lowering his hand and then lights his cigarette.
Sun-ho smiled.
"Welcome to the God Dogs and my Unit."
---
The news spread like wildfire through the base.
"The overlord of West Gangbuk, joined us?!" one of the younger members whispered, his voice disbelief.
"No way, Hajun Gu never bowed his head to anyone, Never."
"And yet, here he is"
They stared toward the far side of the base where Hajun sat silently, cigarette in his mouth,The atmosphere around him was suffocating.
Even Jin Jang, stood at the edge of the room with his arms folded, lips pressed into a tight line, His usual smirk was nowhere to be found He muttered under his breath "Tch, I tried to recruit that guy three times and he turned me down every damn time and now he joins because of Sun-ho, Damn… How." His eyes shifted toward Sun-ho.
The executives gathered in the center of the base Jin Jang, Johan Seong, Sun-ho, Uijin, Choyun, and the newest addition, Hajun Gu, The room buzzed with energy, and stares from other God Dogs members.
Johan sat at the head of the table, His eyes studied the group quietly Beside him, Sun-ho leaned back in his chair with an easy calmness.
"So, this is what it looks like," Johan finally said "The overlord of West Gangbuk," His eyes to Hajun "I don't care what the streets call you, Here, you're one of us now."
Hajun exhaled smoke and said nothing.
It was Mark Sa who broke the silence "One of us, Don't make me laugh."
All eyes turned.
Mark Sa leaned forward, elbows on the table, glaring directly at Hajun "This guy ruled West Gangbuk like a tyrant, You think we forgot how many of our boys he put in the hospital, How many times he made us bleed?"
The tension Kicked in instantly, Hajun slowly turned his head, meeting Mark's glare, His lips curved into the faintest smirk.
"If you're holding a grudge, then say it with your fists." Hajun's voice was calm.
Chairs scraped against the ground.
Mark Sa slammed a fist onto the table, eyes burning "Don't think just because Sun-ho dragged you in here, you get to walk around like you're untouchable To me, you're still the same bastard who put my brother in the hospital for three months."
Hajun's cigarette burned low, the ash leaving, He didn't flinch, just stared back at Mark The two men locked eyes, silent between them.
That was when Sun-ho's voice cut through.
"Enough."
Every head turned toward him.
Sun-ho's eyes were hardened, his tone carrying an authority "Mark Sa, don't start useless fights The past is the past, Whether you like it or not, Hajun is part of this crew now He's sitting here because he earned it."
Mark's jaw tightened, but Sun-ho's gaze pinned him in place.
"This isn't about pride, or grudges, or who beat who years ago," Sun-ho continued, his words deliberate "We're not street thugs, we are one of the major crew, put the old wounds aside."
Mark clenched his teeth For a moment it seemed like he'd snap back, but then he exhaled through his nose and looked away "Fine, But don't expect me to trust him overnight."
Hajun flicked the ash from his cigarette and finally spoke, his tone as casual as ever "I don't need your trust, For someone like you, I just need strong opponents, That's why I'm here." His eyes follow toward Sun-ho briefly, then back to Mark "Whether you like it or not, we're on the same side now."
The tension slowly Gone, Johan leaned forward, resting his chin on his hand, watching everything play out.
"This crew…" he muttered to himself
