I'll start at Primal Chaos realm, and construct a story until Lord stage. Yes, lets start directly at the higher end of this world. First, let me introduce you to this cultivation system;

God Emperor (神帝 / Post-Ultimate God King Stage/ Dao Lord/ Witch Ancestor)
After comprehending a Complete Great Dao and thus becoming an Ultimate God King, a cultivator can no longer use the Great Daos as a guide, and thus must forge their own way — Low-level Innate Chaotic Origin Lifeforms are at this level.
Two Paths:
Bloodline God Emperors (Majority, 99%):
Rely on powerful Hunyuan bloodlines to break through to Chaotic Origin Lifeform.
Enlightened God Emperors:
Comprehension-based, must forge a unique Eternal/Hunyuan Dao. (May later switch to bloodline cultivation if stuck.)
Fusion Great Dao:
Combining two (or more) Great Daos, e.g. fusing the Great Dao of Life Origin with the Great Dao of Destruction Origin gives rise to the Great Dao of Life and Death (naming of new fused dao is up to the cultivator).
A fusion Great Dao is way Stronger than a single Great Dao such that practitioners of Fusion Great Daos with their fusion only at Early Stage God Emperor match Enlightened Late Stage God Emperor which themselves are equal in strength to Bloodline Path Perfect God Emperors.

Special Source Worlds like the Dark Holy Realm are the supreme cultivation world among all Sacred Origin Worlds, revered especially by Late Stage God Emperors and above. Incredibly powerful such that even in the Dark Holy Realm, they have some foundation. Practitioners of Fusion Great Daos reach this level when their fusion reaches Middle Stage God Emperor, and those who cultivate 2 paths to Late Stage God Emperor can reach this level if they can combine the 2 paths well enough.
Ultra Limit God Emperor
Known as Peak-Level Existence, they're those who have reached Perfect God Emperor in more than 1 path and have combined them to a sufficient level; Fusion Great Dao practitioners reach the top of this level when their fusion reaches Late Stage God Emperor; comparable to an Ultra Limit Low-Level Hunyuan Lifeform. Average of a 1,000 of such existences in worlds like the Dark Holy Realm (Invincible God Emperors are guided away to the Cultivator Camp Headquarters, this level is the strongest in most Holy Realms). It is common for cultivators at this level to have millions of Battle Merits.
Invincible God Emperor
Invincible Existence can be achieved by either 1 of those 3 ways.
1. Their Willpower has jumped out of the cage, giving them the ability to easily suppress Ultra Limit God Emperors (this is the most common path);
2. Comprehended enough of a High-Level or World-Class Hunyuan Bloodline;
3. Cultivate a Fusion Great Dao to a level where their fusion reaches the Perfect God Emperor realm.
The hardest path is by far the fusion great dao; out of over 80,000 Invincible God Emperors on the Origin Land, only one rarely got there through the endless years. Overlord Luo Feng was only the 93rd to do so in the entire history of the Cultivator Camp.
Keynote:
Most Invincible existences succeed at jumping out of the cage, and the lowest threshold of this level is equivalent to the combined might of 20 to 30 Ultra Limit God Emperors. Some really extraordinary Practitioners of a Fusion Great Dao can reach this level while their fusion path is still at Late Stage God Emperor. Cultivators at this level can easily obtain Ultra Limit God Emperor followers, who hope to benefit from them jumping out of the cage
Low-Level Chaotic Origin Lifeforms (Hunyuan Lifeforms)
Natural Hunyuan Lifeforms born at the God Emperor level are called Low-Level Hunyuan Lifeforms. Like cultivators, they are split into different realms. Natural Hunyuan Lifeforms are born to jump out of the cage, so their vitality and physical bodies are strong, very rarely inferior to that of a cultivator at the same level; their bodies manifest multiple laws and mysteries surpassing the Complete Great Dao, making them good resources for cultivators. Some of them also have special talents, making them difficult prey. Since they have intelligence equivalent to True Gods of Source Worlds, they lack the ability to truly tap the potential of their bloodlines.
The Cultivator Camp sends countless creatures at this level to various Cultivation Realms (so called Sacred Worlds & Holy Realms) in hopes of birthing new cultivators who can jump out of the cage. These low-level lifeforms have a strict hierarchy, with lower levels listening to the highest levels without question, while the highest levels do not care in the slightest about the lower levels.

Early Stage God Emperor Low-Level Hunyuan Lifeforms can survive battle with dozens of Bloodline Early Stage God Emperors; extremely difficult for an Enlightened Early Stage God Emperor to defeat a creature at this level in a one-on-one battle, so they usually coordinate in groups of 3-5 to kill one.
About 1M Hunyun Crystal's corpse value (Crystal of condensed essence of Chaotic Origin Power).
Middle Stage
Difficult for an Enlightened Middle Stage God Emperors to kill in a one-on-one battle; a team of about 3 experienced members or and at most half a dozen is required to hunt creatures at this level.
Small pieces of their corpses cost thousands of Hunyuan Crystals, while their complete corpses are worth around 10 million crystals and 10 Battle Merits.
Late Stage
Late Stage God Emperor Low-Level Hunyuan Lifeforms are valued by their tribe leaders for their strength and abilities. Small pieces of their corpses cost tens of thousands of Hunyuan Crystals, while their complete corpses are worth around 100 million crystals and 100 Battle Merits.
Perfect
Tribe Leaders that only have to awaken one more step to break through to become a High-Level Hunyuan Lifeform; With their incredible bodies plus strong bloodlines, they are extremely difficult to kill, even for Enlightened Perfect God Emperors, unless they have weapons and treasures refined by those who have jumped out of the cage.
A bottle of ordinary blood at this level costs hundreds of thousands of Hunyuan Crystals, while their complete bloodlines cost tens of millions of crystals and are difficult to find in any Cultivation world other than Holy Realms. Their complete corpses are worth around 1 billion crystals and 1,000 Battle Merits. They serve as leaders of their lifeform's tribe, and will join forces with each other to invade cultivator cities in Sacred Cultivation World or fight against cultivators
Super Limit
Super Limit-level Innate Low-Level Chaotic Origin Lifeforms are considered the same level as Ultra Limit God Emperors, and are equivalent to 20-30 Perfect God Emperors. Even Ultra Limit God Emperors require sufficient accumulation of comprehension and a suitable secret treasure to hunt creatures at this level in a one-on-one situation. Some creatures at this level may change their lifeforms and have innate abilities that Perfect God Emperor creatures do not have. Their complete corpses are worth about 10 billion Hunyuan Crystals or 10,000 Battle Merits, while their bloodlines cost about 500 million crystals
High-Level Chaotic Origin Lifeform
Cultivators who have broken out of the cage and transcended the mundane, each of them is wholly worthy of a story of their own. The 1st level elites of the Cultivator Camp, there exist massive qualitative and quantitative change compared to God Emperors. No matter how many Low-Level Chaotic Origin Lifeforms or God Emperors there are, they are powerless to fight back when facing a true High Level Chaotic Origin Lifeform akin to an ant facing a fighter jet.
In the entire Cultivator Camp spanning countless Caged Worlds, there are only 87,342,513 High Chaotic Origin Lifeforms cultivators; around 50 Billion Natural High Chaotic Origin Lifeforms enslaved during tribal wars with the Innate Chaotic Origin Lifeform faction.

If Cultivator can comprehend 70% of the Chaotic Origin Bloodline, then refine it into the body to directly breakthrough, the memory pollution and will pollution can be suppressed to a relatively low level; could also ensure one to reach Perfect stage High-grade Chaotic Origin Lifeform.
