Whispers in the mist
Swords were clashing, winds blowing up and blood was shed, this was the law of battle. Li wei known as the lord of war is the most feared prince of all the clans despite his youthful appearance, he has never lost a battle. Alot of people think he must be have been blessed, being know for his great martial arts and merciless attitude, people think he might not have a soul because of how he behaves with no love. He is often seen with his sword which they often referr to as killer blade, because once he starts a battle he often cleanse it with human blood. At a young age he had won alot of battles for Yan ti clan and his father lu.
The clash between Yan ti and youn ha was because of a gold, originally for the Yan ti clan, youn ha had wanted to steal it for itself, it's ruler he yong had already began preparation to steal the gold from Yan ti, when lu got to know about it, he tried to make peace with them being a peaceful man but he yong had poisoned him, he was given the antidote but his son li wei could not bear to see how a low clan as youn ha would attack his father Soo he made an offer to he yong; make peace and leave the gold or go to war. He yong response was war, he yong didn't see the reason other clans were afraid of Yan ti or li wei, to him li wei was just a little boy, who is fortunate to win battles, he didn't see the need to call him the lord of war, he had been in the martial arts far before li wei was born. To him li wei was mere a child who had luck at his side he is nothing to be afraid of.
When he yong and his men saw that they were loosing they retreat, li wei men wanted to go after them but li wei stopped them

They celebrated in an inn close to hu clan, after drinking li wei left his men to his room but he couldn't sleep he kept hearing voice, someone was calling for help, save me! Anyone! Please save me, it was the voice of a female, he tried to sleep but kept seeing a face and just then as if someone wispered to him, it's cold out here please save me! He suddenly opened his Eyes, what was going on? Was he sick? Why was he hearing things? Or was someone calling for help? But why him? Or was it a trap? These thoughts couldn't escape his mind.
At dawn as his men set out with him to yan ti they suddenly passed by a tree he heard the voice again save me, this mountain scares me. He turned to one of his men and asked is there a mountain here? I haven't taken this route before
The man replied yes sir, but the mountain belong to hu clan.

The men laughed, you do not know our master
Of course I do, he is hu, hu bein,he is highly feared and respected.xeo said
Sooo you know my master, then I shall take your heads to him.
Just then, the girl fell down
Take her away, I will settle this, li wei said blocking the men as xeo took her.
Who are you to steal my master slave? They draw their sword to fight with him immediately he drew out his sword they trumble
Killer blade, you must be the lord of war li wei from Yan ti. One of the men said

I do not remember saving your master life but I'm glad he has great respect for me.li wei said

As they came to a stream, xeo suggested they sleep as it was getting too late, just then she opened her eyes and pulled out from cloth li wei had used to warm her up
Who are you? And what do you want from me? She asked
Li wei could sworn he had heard that voice before but where? Just then he remembered the words help me! It was her, but how was she able to do that, does she know him? No if she does then she wouldn't be asking who he is or was she pretending?
He looked at her and tossed a meal to her and said eat, we have a long journey tomorrow.
But I don't know you, oh I remember now, you are the man from yesterday who saved my life.
The man from yesterday? Li wei said to himself, he saved her and all she can call him is the man from yesterday? Not even a thank you
As if reading his thoughts she stood up and said thank you
